5 Steps You should do to live Your dreams !

Either you are doing Network Marketing as a full time job or part time, you have to follow these steps to be able to live your dream!!!

This ‘Top Earner Blueprint’ requires just over 4 hours per day

These are daily action you should practice and depending the time you have you can cut each step in half. If you say you don’t have at least 2 hours per day to work on your dream, you have 2 options…

* Get resourceful and find a few 30-minute pockets of time during your day to work on your dream.

* Get up an hour earlier & stay up an hour later to work on your dream.

Step 1: 10 MINUTES – Your VISION – Meditation & Visualization

Sit down first thing in the morning to visualize, mentally rehearse, and step into the vision of your future potential that sets every single cell in your body on fire. You can put some meditation music or inspirational music to help you focus. Believe in yourself, relax and see you and your family in the future. VISUALIZE !!!! You must get up a different person. You goal is to sustain this new state of being throughout the day. Be consistent, each day do it, if you have time do it twice, in the morning and in the evening. I like going to bed with some meditation music to relax and put positive energy while I sleep.

Step 2: 15 MINUTES of personal growth, personal development

Read books, follow some trainings, tutorials and audios to grow your mindset. Developing your mind is very important to gain your millionaire mind!! Work on YOU, feed yourself with positive, inspirational energy! You can listen to a podcast, in our community we have 20 min each day of personal development call for example. You can listen to Tony Robbins, Robin Sharma, Gary V, .. find the right people that will give you the boost each day to focus, and go towards your dreams!!!

Step 3: 1 HOUR – Learn something new, or attend to a training each day

Learn a new skill or try to get on a training every day for an hour, learn about how to set up your blog, how to generate more leads, prospecting, video marketing, copywriting, anything that would help you to learn something new to help you build your business. But stay focus on one platform, don’t start learning different media and be all over the place; try to plan all your trainings and follow them to be an expert on your platform.

Step 4: 1 HOUR – EXECUTION

Knowledge without execution is worthless. Turn the knowledge you gain each day into CONTENT that builds your audience, business, and income. Do a blog post about what you just learned, a Facebook Live to share with your audience, a webinar to teach your team; try to be creative and again be consistency is the key!!! Whenever you consume, CREATE!!!

Step 5:  2 HOURS – Networking, Connecting with New People, Prospecting & Recruiting

This is where the money is!!!! You want to connect with people, get them on the phone, do some zoom call, skype call… Share your screen, offer your product, your services… Get as many exposures on your business and product presentations as possible. Share your live video on Facebook groups if it is your platform, Share your blogs on the blog exchange syndication to get more followers, Do some funnels to get your list, because MONEY is in your LIST !!!!!

Your business is the customers you serve, and you must build relationships if you want to build long-term customers that pay you for years.

BUSINESS in any industry is nothing more than marketing and innovation.

90 days plan to help you Achieve your Goals

Once you are ready and you know what company or service you want to represent, what will be  your target, and you are ready to use your 5 daily tasks, you need to make a plan. With this 90 days plan you can see how far you can go !!!!

“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” – Tony Robbins

You need to focus on what you want to do but when you decide to make a plan, you need to follow-up and make it with enough challenge that you won’t be unmotivated! Write some challenges that will put you out of your comfort zone and keep you focus. You need to make sure you are ready to miss out for some outings, your friends coffee mornings, … Be ready to get 90 days with all the focus !!

  • Specific: Define your goal, who, what, where, why, which
  • Measurable: Track your progress
  • Attainable: Is your goal reasonable?
  • Relevant: What needs are you going to bring?
  • Timely: Your step by step day/month/year

The 90 day plan is going to work if you have a

  • Set of goal in mind, write at 30-60-90 days how much money you are planning to get;
  • Vision : don’t hesitate to get very creative, and cast your vision
  • Assess your progress, that will help you define your weakness and your strength.
  • Say No to certain things that are not important for the growth of your business
  • Determine your priority plan, get done the hardest task first. Example: set up your blog, set up your YouTube Channel…Prioritize what is most important for your business
  • All the way through the 90 day plan, do some reviews and check what works better and what works not so well
  • And last point, Set another 90 day plan forecast !!!

  • Find out your niche and your target audience
  • Investigate which platform you should use
  • Ask all the questions to your mentors, coaches….

60 DAY GOAL

ADDING THE YOU 

After setting up everything and followed the trainings, you should have a better knowledge of your company, your customers and what they are looking for.

  • Time to do your personal branding
  • Time to get out of your comfort zone, and not staying behind your computer.
  • Time to do some videos… Live on Facebook or Instagram is perfect but if you are still shy start with videos on YouTube but by day 60… it is live videos 🙂
  • Share your information doing blogs, or posts on your timeline
  • Get creative with your pictures, with your ads – get some example and “spy” on your mentors or uplines 🙂
  • Time to listen more than the talking… You need to start calling your prospects
  • Advertise more and more, you should be at this point doing Your 5 daily tasks every single day and get leads every single day

90 DAY GOAL

TRANSFORMATION STAGE

  • You should do a blog, a video
  • Each task should go much faster
  • Prospection everyday
  • At  least 2-4 leads a day
  • Check out your mistakes, dodge novice errors
  • Analyse the growth

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Part 2 Get a Daily Routine

When you start your day, you need to take your time in the morning to center yourself and get motivated. What I do is taking 30 min in the morning after i wake up to visualize what I want to achieve, do some meditation and concentrate on my different task I have to do that day. You can then go to the gym, or go for a run and get a good breakfast. You need energy to be able to work and get your concentration all day.

Once you have your morning ritual done, you need to focus on Income Producing Activities. That should be your main focus, which are prospecting, setting appointments, inviting, following up, doing some presentation and closing.

You goal setting + Massive Action = Results

The mistake we all do when we start with a new business, or new product, we want to know everything about it. We want to know the science behind the product, the compensation plan scrutinized, ..

Well what you need is to start making money and not putting too much energy on non productive task.

1-  Host a webinar or do a Facebook Live to bring value to your audience with new content. People want to connect with you, don’t stay behind your computer all day ! You have to remember to give at the start of the video and at the end, your call to action which could be your website with your product or your service, or a link for an ebook, ….

2- Follow up is very important by phone or email or now you can use voice messenger. Nowadays, prospects like to hear your voice and they will feel special.

Little stat: 90% of sales occurred because you followed up with someone.

3- You can send automated email using aweber if you want like I do, and then from time to time send a broadcast with a new blog or video or something you want to share with your list. Make it as personal as you can.

3 Easy Ways to Leverage Video Marketing Without Being on Camera

In this article I am going to talk about the other way to do video marketing without being on the camera. To achieve your powerful goal, the one you are so scared and excited at the same time, you need to build relationship with your audience, your followers need to see you or start seeing videos from you!!

When we set a goal, we start to rationalize what we want to do and what we have to do ! and that is when we start to feel uncomfortable!!

Ask yourself the big WHY and WHAT will change for you. You need to be grateful and happy to continue attracting the right people to your business. Work on your subconscious mind, it doesn’t know if it is real or not, it doesn’t have the sense of time, it doesn’t have the possibility to know if it is achievable. So my tips, write your goal everyday, draw a picture, put some colors, LIVE your dream goal… Read it out loud so your nervous system will be aware and increase the vibrations

1- Screen-sharing video

Screen-share videos are great for tutorials, step by step training. You’ll need software to record your screen. You can use

I would go for the free version of any software when you start and then you can upgrade if you choose the software that appeal to you.

2- Animated videos

Animated videos are very engaging and usually the audience watch until the end. Powtoon is a great software to start with easy tutorials that will help you create high engaging videos. If you want to outsource, you can use fiverr. You have also the option to utilize an independent contractor that will create animated,  cartoon videos for you. You’ll only need to give the script and clear instructions.

3- Powerpoint videos

Powerpoint is one of the easiest way to share your knowledge to your audience. Keep the wording on the slides to the minimum, you don’t want your followers to focus only on reading your slides. Put more images, grid or statistics

Tips to help you generate leads with Video

As you can see on the multi medias, video marketing campaign is going viral… The stats are mind blowing, a video is more engaging, informative and it converts better.  By 2017 video marketing will account for 69% of all customer traffic, mobile video ads will grow 5 times faster than desktop and landing pages with videos lead to 800% more conversion.

So ready to get some tips ??

1- Check what your audience need and provide them with a solution. Same as giving good content on a blog to help your audience, you have to give great value on the video to attract people to you. You can also put a Call of Action alongside a tracked URL at the end of your video relevant to your story.

2- You need to be short and go right to the point. Keep it engaging as the attention span of viewers in a video marketing clip is very short.  According to research by Visible Measures  20% of your viewers will click away from a video within 10 seconds or fewer.

3- Be authentic and say a little story about yourself. Engage with your audience, your prospects want to see you, they want to know your personality before they join you. A full video will be more effective than doing a screen shot with voice or slides. It can be scary at the start, but the more you’ll do and the better you’ll get.

4- Educate your audience, create a difference between expectation and delivery. Always give them additional answer or a free coaching. You want to show them you are an expert but don’t give away too many informations and pass for a boring tecky!!

5- Ditch the script !!! Nothing more boring than someone reading on the side of the camera. You can put some bullet point to remember but that’s it. No script! unless you are doing a tutorial on a platform and need to read some manual. Keep looking at the camera and talk from the heart.

6- Take advantage of branding opportunities on your video. Don’t get crazy though with many features if you advertise for home business niche, but you can put your logo, or the name of your website, blog etc…

7- Post the video in Multiple platform. You can promote your video on Twitter, Youtube, Facebook. Most video platform offer free uploads and you can also do paid advertising depending your budget.

8- Optimize your SEO. Create a strategy and come up with keywords for your videos. Try using at least one keyword on your title and description of the video. Use relevant tags, and put some offers, polls directly on the videos.

The Law Of Attraction

Hey there,

Today i would like to talk about the Law of Attraction. It’s very useful for everyone, for personal life business growth, health and also wellbeing…

I did a Facebook live video a few days ago and explained why i found it very useful and important to talk about it.

What is Law Of Attraction?

It is the name given to the maxim “like attracts like”, with the idea that by  focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.

Psychologists, New Age thinkers and religious leaders have been talking about the Law of attraction for years, but it gained popularity when the book “The Secret” made waves in 2006.

Whether or not you believe in the power of the universe, there is scientific research that proves the effects of positive thinking.

How to use the Law Of Attraction?

  • Decide what you want; it can be a new job, a new girl/boyfriend, a new house, new leads for your business, a new car …. You have to be specific of what you want. If you are unsure of your request or you are unclear the Universe will receive unclear frequency and will send you unwanted results.
  • You need to want it BAD, a real burning desire for its achievement.
  • You have to feel good yourself, this will send positive vibration in the Universe – do some exercise, meditation, spend time with your friends, help others, be thankful for what you have and always having the “glass half full” attitude.
  • Believe that you can do it. “Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve. Don’t wait. The time will never be just right. A goal is a dream with a deadline.” Napoleon Hill
  • Feel and visualize your dream every night. What we put into our consciousness just before going to bed literally reprograms our mind and shapes our future.
  • Take massive action; you have to be willing to put some work into it. That is usually the challenge for most people. You can’t change your life and ask the Universe to help you if you are not doing your part of the bargain. The Universe will always reward you.
  • Persevere is also a challenge for most people, the first hiccup, challenge, failure and they stop.

To help you visualize every day of what you want, wish for; you can draw a picture, do a collage, vision board,  put it on your phone, beside your bed, in your room, on the ceiling (that’s the last thing you see before you go to sleep), whatever you want…. Whatever you feel comfortable with …

Write a note stating: “I am happy and grateful that ….”

Always use present tense, no negative terms in your note. Show gratitude and tell the Universe how thankful you are.

Be patient

Imagine an alternative dimension with your dream.

Don’t send a hope but a real request.

If you really believe in it, work for it and do all the steps, your wishes will come true.

It really is that simple!!

Consistency is the key to success in your business

Consistency is a must as you build and grow your business.

The best business plans will fail without a dedication to consistency.

Consistency is key to your success, you cannot drop one post/email one day and disappear for a few weeks. You won’t build your team or your network this way but you cannot also be available 24/7/365. You need some balance!!

This blog is part 3 out of 7 of the series “7 things that will make a difference in your business”

When you sell a product or provide a service, being consistent seems like an obvious priority. Bring value to your customers, send them updates and just show up often.

1- You need to recruit new team members: For your network marketing, you need to invite people regularly to see your presentation. Without consistency, you won’t get new members, and without new members you won’t have a profitable business. First send an email/message to the person that might be interested to your business… PLEASE NO LINKS …. just say as an example

“Hi …, I am working on a pretty cool project and I just wanted to check with you if you would be open to look at it and would love your feedback”

Once you have send this, wait for an answer and if it is positive send them a link… now don’t forget to follow up because if you don’t, you would never know if they are interested… if you send them an email weeks later, well you might have missed the opportunity to get this person on your team…

2- You need to inspire your team: Rather than spending loads of time telling your team what to do, let your actions show them what they should do. If you want to inspire your team, the best way to do so is by your actions, your consistency and the way they see you recruiting new reps. Do some 3 ways call with your team member when they have new customers, but don’t spend too much time. Your team need to understand you cannot do 3 ways call for hours with each of your team members. So the best way is to get into the call for the last 5-10 min and help closing up. They will see your efficiency and leadership.  And also do at least one webinar/training calls per week with your team member. Talk about duplication so they can start with their own team to do same.

3- Be focus on your “Why”: You need consistency to achieve your goal and your Why is your fuel!!! Be disciplined enough to consistently seek your goals. Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone, and don’t think that if you make the effort for 3 weeks posting on your social media, you can disappear for weeks after. Always remind yourself your WHY you started this business and what will be the outcome. You don’t know who is watching you, and even if you don’t get much engagement, you have an audience, and they listen to what you have to say; And maybe months later, they will contact you because they see you as a leader because you are doing what you said you would do, you are consistent and bring value.

So how to be more consistent? 

After 3-4 weeks, we start to be less consistent because we lose motivation or we get lazy or we don’t see results straight away and we fall behind. To avoid it:

  • Keep visualizing your “Why”
  • Get one thing done at a time. Master it and start another project. If you start posting in all platform, or get starting with videos, blogs, live, etc… from the start of your new project, you’ll be overwhelmed and you won’t achieve your goal
  • Schedule your posts, write on your board the tasks you need to do per day/per week. You need to build your life around your business; if you have an important meeting, or date put it in your calendar

  • Don’t listen to the voice in your head, saying that you don’t have to do it, or get shortcut, or you don’t want to work . You need to push yourself. I have this little voice sometimes and it is hard to resist 🙂
  • If you don’t do a task or you are behind with your plan, don’t beat yourself up. You’ll find a way to catch up !!
