🔹 Reevaluate the time you spend for each task
🔹 Instead of seeing what you didn’t do, look at what you achieved
🔹 Ask yourself these questions:
🔺 Did I set a SMART goal (Specific-Measurable-
Achievable-Relevant-Time bound)
🔺 Did I have the resources to do it?
🔺 Did I have enough time?

Accept yourself as YOU are and you will set appropriate goals.

🔹 Variety is to create and bring excitement – need it so we are not bored
🔹 Significance is what we need to feel that our lives make sense, important and unique
🔹 Love and Connection are important to feel we exist, and we are appreciated
🔹 Growth and Contribution, this needs are the sense of who we are at our core!

Take an honest assessment of your life and ask yourself where you are growing and how that makes you feel. Contribution will give your life meaning.

Giving beyond ourselves will give us a life of abundance and compassion
