I personally have a copy where I wrote 50 things I am grateful for!!! And from time to time I read over it and add more. Get specific! Don’t just write I am grateful for my family for example. Do practice Gratitude and it will give you the kick you need to start making changes. And don’t forget! I believe in you 🙌🙌
I was having strong shooting **discomfort, and a hard time walking in March. By April I could not walk or work and I was devastated. I was in unbearable discomfort!
