Hypnotics words to use while prospecting

The  hypnotics words you should use when prospecting.

How is it possible to use words that everybody knows and somehow change the mindset of a person?

Suppose someone told you to imagine yourself biting into an orange. Without having any in your hand, you can still do it. You can feel yourself biting it, taste the bitter citrus and your saliva glands somehow get activated.

That’s what words can do. They’re capable of:

  • Stimulating your imagination
  • Distracting you
  • Painting pictures in your mind
  • Activating your senses
  • Creating associations
  • Linking two things that wouldn’t normally go together
  • You’ve probably heard the expression “cool as a cucumber” – but does it make any sense?

What makes them power words isn’t necessarily the words themselves, but the way in which they’re used.

Because words can create associations and paint pictures in the mind, they’re the fastest way to stimulate the unconscious.

We call that formula ABS:


Absorb attention

Bypass the critical factor

Stimulate the unconscious

But before I tell you, you need to understand that nobody is going to join your business if they really don’t want to and you knocked at the wrong doors. Double check the first sales rules

Once you know exactly what your prospect need, you can use these powerful words

  1. Imagine or just pretend ; when you use this words in your sales pitch, after you understood the need of your prospect, it will give him permission to switch off his conscious mind. To bypass the critical factor and let go, because that’s what pretending is all about.

    He won’t react as if he is going to buy anything but it is going to be something that HE NEEDS to become healthier, to be a better leader, to get more money etc…. You have to let them imagine the outcome of joining you and also picture it.

  2. You; it is better to use you than the first name. You is more natural to use in conversation
  3. Because; using this word bypass the critical factor that all the prospects get into when they are not sure if they want to follow you. Using the word because satisfy the brain’s natural search for reasons. Tell your offer and back it up with solid reason.
  4. And; it serve a links to join ideas together smoothly. So it makes sense to be part of your business. This is a clever replacement for “but” when dealing with criticisms or objections. The word “but” signals to the prospect that you are about to utter a statement that runs counter to what they’d like to hear.
  5. What would it be like; Customers don’t care about features and benefits , they only care about value and achieving their objectives. Again, it’s about them, not you or your company. Skip over all the amazing features your product or service contains and instead make it clear how your offering will create value for your prospect’s business/health etc…
  6. Should we … ? instead of you should….Most people balk at being told what to do.Reformulating suggestions as questions helps the prospect keep an open mind and diminishes the potential for the conversation to turn on the negative way.
  7. Opportunity; The word “problem” has a negative connotation, and can make the prospect feel as if the process is difficult and unpleasant. With this in mind, replace it with more positive words. Instead of saying “no problem,” for example, say, “it’s my pleasure.” “I understand the problem” can become “I see an opportunity to make this run more smoothly.”

Attending your Company Event is so important to build a successful business. I am going to give the reason why you shouldn’t even doubt one minute and get your tickets!!! All too often you let your fear stop you, but pushing yourself out of your comfort zones will be good for you. It will also allows you to expand your mind and learn new things.

1- Great way to connect with others in your organization: you’ll get to bond with your teammates face-to-face and will get  the opportunity to meet your leaders and your corporate team. Take some nice pictures while you are there with them, it will show more credibility in your business. It is a great way to be surrounded to like-minded people and people who engage in a variety of experiences are more likely to retain positive emotions and minimize negative ones than people who have fewer experiences. The connections you’ll make with other like-minded entrepreneurs will be priceless.

2- Attend workshops and masterminds: you need to attend the sessions where you can get detailed training. Usually they are small groups and done by the leaders of the company or other big earners. You can ask some questions which is a great way to learn more and be more efficient. That way also you can get to know more your leaders and talk to them – get some ideas for your business with people with the same mindset as you. Studies have shown that you retain more knowledge when you can see and feel it

3- Energy boost: you’ll be excited for days because you join the events, then even more during the event and you’ll be completely uplifted when you’ll come back. You’ll want to talk about your event for days after you come home. Get some pictures, live videos during the events and share it to your team, on your profile. This will bring curiosity and boost your business. Don’t forget your passion, enthusiasm and energy are the recipe for success. This is your time to shine.

4- Get recognized for your accomplishment: if you are with the company and got to be recognized with your rank making that will bring you also great success to your business. Imagine when you’ll post your pictures on your profile, all the people that were doubting your ability to succeed will be impressed. It might stop them giving you negative comments 🙂  But if you are new and don’t know too much about the company you will get to feel the company credibility and get to meet people, leaders and tell yourself: ‘If they can do it, I can do it”

5- Collect stories: We always say that in Network Marketing you need to tell your story and share stories. When you attend an event, you have the opportunity to meet so many people around you, just like you that you’ll have a lot of stories to share from people getting results. Being around other successful people helps you to become more successful, simply through inspiration and the sharing of ideas.

How to repost your Best Pieces of Content?

As I always say, you need to be consistent with your posts to reach out the maximum of persons and to be seen as an expert and leader. When you have a very engaging content, you should use it and repost it.

People usually follow you on social media because they are interested in what you have to say and they want to get updates on your next blog posts.

But everyday you have new followers and they didn’t read your articles you posted months ago.

You don’t have to create content day in and day out. You just need to work on getting the content you already have in the hands of more people. Share your blog posts with target customers and always put resources on your blogs so you get more exposure.

When you have a piece of content with loads of engagement, you can take that opportunity to capitalize what’s working for you. Here are 5 different contents you can do with the post

  • You can talk about your content/topic on Facebook live
  • You can do a “Fill in” the blank sentence
  • Send it to your list with a question
  • You can do a webinar with slides
  • You can do a video or video series

Change something for each media.. same post but with different aspect for different media. If you are using Twitter you can retweet or repost the same articles a few times.

You can check on your Facebook Page Insight and see which posts had a lot of engagement.


What you need to know to become an entrepreneur

Becoming an entrepreneur is not an easy path for a lot of people. Some would prefer to be doing a 9-5 job and have nothing to think about or do after these hours. As I always say, everybody is different and has different perspective. However if you want to be an entrepreneur and a successful one, you need to change attitude and mindset. It can be challenging, overwhelming and also questionable at times.

1- As the start, you need to set your goals – long term and small term –  but also you need to know the WHY that drives you to become an entrepreneur. This Why will be the flames that will keep you focus when you’ll be doubting about yourself or when you’ll want to quit. Create a business plan – realistic- with knowledge of your niche/people you want to target and choose wisely the company you want to work with.

2- You need to be strong in your mindset; you’ll find some people very nasty and you have to feel like telling them “I don’t care”. Also make yourself strong enough that you can deal with failure, disappointment and frustration. Your resilience will define the ability to recover from setbacks. If you are too sensitive, emotional you will quit at the first challenge. Be ready to get out of your comfort zone,

3- Discipline and consistency; as an entrepreneur, you absolutely need to be consistent. You can’t start something and come back a week after. You need to bring value, everyday. For that you can schedule your posts, your emails, and be present on social media. Facebook live or instagram live are great ways to bring value, it is very easy to use and you can instantly edit it on Facebook, however it disappear when you are finished with instagram. You might need to make some sacrifice also with your family when you’ll need to attend events, or webinars …. Always remember the WHY you started !!

4- You need to make your prospects/team members the ability to feel special; If your team is happy and feel good about what they bring to the society, to the people around them, they will work better and together as a team. You want to reward when they do something great, and the same with your clients, if they feel great around you, they will stay with you and buy from you. People buy people !!

5- Marketing and Training; If you get some training, have a coach you will be able to bring value and duplicate your knowledge. You have to follow a training and structure so you won’t waste time looking at everything and nothing… Educate yourself continually to bring value and when your prospects and team members will see what you achieve they will want to join you/your service. Always post your success !

6- Prospecting; build your list.. I always say it, the money is in your list. Get new people in your list each day !! Pay attention to your list. You want to build relationship with your audience and keep engaging with them. If you advertise on Facebook, or other multimedia, test your images, your texts, and try to find what is working for you, your service or company.

7- Leadership; you need to show authority figure and influence. You have to inspire your team members all the time and encourage them.To be successful you have to convince your followers, not yourself or your superiors, that you are worthy of being followed. Communication and team building is very important so you can show duplication which will bring a consistent revenue.

In summary, work hard but smart – be creative – duplicate and build the right team.. and don’t give up !!

How to create a Powerful Social Marketing Strategy

To create a successful business, you need to have a Powerful Social Marketing Strategy. To do so, you need to bring massive action and stay consistent but also you need to follow some steps that will help you succeed:

  • Write your goals: Know exactly what you want to accomplish and what you need to do to get there. Every Monday, you should set up your activity goals to keep track of what you are doing and celebrate on Friday, even if it is a little win. If you are way too far your activity goals, reassess the following week but keep consistent and stick to the routine.
  • Determine your vision: Draw it, do a vision-board. The main purpose of doing that is the fact that you need to feel it, as if you are living already your dream, your vision
  • Define your audience: You need to know what they like, dislike, what motivates them, what struggle they have, their pain, how old they are, etc… The more you know about your audience, the more you’ll be able to define who they are and market in the right place and also solve their problems.
  • Choose the right platform: Before you start going all over the place, choose the platform where you are more comfortable but also the platform where your audience is, to get customers and distributors. I would recommend to start on Facebook if you are a newbie and don’t know exactly what you are doing; the reach is massive, the age group is spread out and you’ll find all your prospects from nearly any marketplace you choose.
  • Create a content strategy: Once you have define your audience and know their pain and problems, you have to bring value to them. Be an expert on your niche, be an authority figure. You want to be like a library full of content that will help your audience to overcome their problems. Once you start getting people, engage with them, build relationship, and sell your service or product. Consistency is key so every single day you need to show up on your timeline.

You are building your brand, not the company you are representing! You want to come across as a credible authority; be yourself, and always engage with people. If you do Facebook live, ask questions, engage with the people that listen to your video. The more you know about your audience, the more you can help and get customers. 

  • Create a routine: Everybody is different, and you can’t compare yourself with the big leaders. If you have a job and you try to build your business part-time you won’t have the same time to build your business as the person that is a full time marketer. Same for mums at home with small babies won’t have the same time as the mums with teenagers. So you need to get into a routine. Try to dedicate a day and prepare your post for the week. The small ones like pictures or quotes that will fill your timeline nicely ~~ Even if you put only one post on your timeline, think about it, write great content and don’t put only the picture and quote; add something personal with value ~~  For the bigger task like blogs, i would recommend you to write it in the morning because usually they are the task we don’t like to do and if we wait too late during the day, you’ll find some excuses not to do it 🙂 I feel the same sometimes. Get rid of all the distractions when you do that. You want to spend more time prospecting and connecting with your new leads than creating value, go where the money is!

  • Track your results: As I said earlier you have to write your goals, short terms and long terms. You need to track the results and see when is the best time to post, when is the best time to do the videos, etc… You can see all the analyses on the Facebook insight. Also i would recommend you to do a bitly link to track the views, where they are coming from and which platform… you can also utilize pixels on your website to track all of your visitor data so that you can optimize your campaigns and get better results.
  • Engage and grow your business: Once you have the system in place, you need to really put yourself out-there, be patient, stay consistent and always put positivity in your posts. You want your audience to see you are passionate and you know your business. Build relationship with your prospects, but don’t wait too long to talk about your business. Don’t use a script, it will show; always put something personal. You want to do the conversions from cold market to warm market to hot market within days!!

Let me know if you got value, but remember a social media marketing plan is never permanent. It will always evolve and change as your business grows and you learn what does and doesn’t work. Reassess from time to time and make the changes on your funnels or ads if needed.



Common Social Media Mistakes to avoid

Social media is one of the best ways to get your brand out there and engaged with your audience, but it is also very easy to make mistakes:

  • You need a plan: be realistic with the time you want to spend on social media, your goals and what strategy you want to use. You check where is your niche then choose one platform and master it. Upload an attractive cover photo with a description of your business or your branding and upload your picture. Insure your branding is on all your platform so your audience will recognize you and will follow you. Even if you are on one platform, send your followers to your blogs or website. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket!!
  • Consistency is the key to attract your followers. If you do a blog and put a post once in a blue moon, you won’t get results. Even if you don’t have time to do a blog, put a quote on your timeline, 2 min tops!!! Take advise and watch the leaders in your industry, same if you don’t have much time you can share one of their post. With constant interesting content and consistency, your followers will stay with you.
  • Multiple profile:  try not to get on too many profile concentrate on one platform. On twitter you can post multiple times daily with the same content, but not on Facebook. So learn well about the different platforms and choose wisely.
  • Information and content: strong content is your best bet to get shared and receive a positive reaction from your audience. Make your fan special, answering their questions, their comments, thanking them; they need to feel that their input are important.Even if you don’t know the answer, leave a message telling the person you’ll be in contact soon and don’t delete negative comments, it shows transparency and if you get a bad comment, find the right wording and keep your Posture, you will get the respect from your audience. Transparency is very important.
  •  Automation: Post correctly on the different platform, for ex never use @ on Facebook or too many # on Facebook. Every platform has its own language. Proofread your blog, nothing worth than having an article full of spelling mistakes. You can use to schedule your posts postplanner
  • Don’t be self-centered: Listen to your audience, talk about what you can do for them and not how good you are. If in a conversation you see the person talking very little, you should do the same and finish with a question to expect an answer back. People want to follow givers and not takers.
  • Caring more about making a sale than a connection: The sales should be done passively, without using your pitch, without spamming groups, annoying your family and friends. If your audience feel your enthusiasm and your passion, they will follow you before you even mention the company brand. Connect with new people every day but don’t add them up on your list to grow your fans knowing they don’t care about your business, and don’t buy list of people, likes or fans…  you cannot purchase a meaningful dialogue or longstanding relationship.
  • Newsletter: If you want to keep contact with your list, create a newsletter and send them a message from time to time with your new blog, an article or video you found interesting. It will keep the relationship but don’t bombard them with an email every day. Also my advice, ask them permission at the start if they want to follow your newsletter. Otherwise you’ll end up with people unsubscribing.

In conclusion, you need to choose wisely which platform you want to master, publish great content and be consistent. Engage with your followers with a pic or a cover changed. And don’t try to accomplish everything at once. Be authentic! Be patient!

If you are lazy and don’t want to put the work, you won’t achieve much. Invest wisely in your training and don’t forget
