Many people want to change their lives but they are scared of moving forward, they are scared of having to learn new skills, they are scared of what others think, and I can go on with the list…..

When we start something new in our life, we tend to see only the past and failure and we forget to see our true vision and our goals. You will only achieve your objective if you REALLY want it and send the right signal to the Universe. Some people were in much tougher situation than you and they did get results so why not you?

You need to stop being the victim or putting the fault to others… Everything you have in your mind, is Yours and nobody else. Change your Mindset

If you really want to succeed, you need to work for it and take responsibility of your actions. It is only when you will empower yourself that you will move forward and get the results expected.

When you think of doing something new to improve your life, don’t think of Someday I will…. that is not the signal you want to send; because someday will be Never… you will never move forward thinking this way.

DO IT RIGHT AWAY….

You’ll never find a right timing but only excuses. You need to change your mindset and DO IT.

Think this way; everything you did so far in your life, your past, your misadventures, your happy moment, everything happen for a reason and it brought you today to my blog and I really hope I gave you a boost to start following your dreams.

Invest in yourself to succeed in your business

Investing in yourself may be the most profitable investment you ever make, and one of the best return you can have in life and in your business. If you focus your energy and your time in developing yourself personally or professionally, you will be able to give to others and people will be attracted to you in life and in your business. You need to start a habit of taking care of yourself before you take care to others. And the good news is they don’t all require money 🙂

Learn and give to yourself before you give others!!!

1. Develop your skills in your business and/or your personal life

You don’t need to invest in mastery education, you can if you want to but don’t need to. But you should attend seminars and workshops to expand your knowledge and skills in your business and/or personal life. Join a community that will be with you when you need it, to push you when you have doubt, and when you want some answers. This will also give you the opportunity to meet and interact with individuals who are like-minded. Powerful!!!

2. Explore your creative side and build up your confidence

Creativity  helps us to grow personally and professionally and will build your confidence. However  you need to implement your creativity to grow. Stimulating creativity and exploring your ideas are keys to improve your productivity, find new strategies for your business and approach/gage your everyday tasks. Creativity also teaches you how to think differently while having fun doing something different You will then find your strength and your weakness, and also what work best or what doesn’t. Speak the truth, be yourself, and you’ll build up great confidence.

3. Take care of yourself, nurture your mind and body

When you are nurturing both your mind and body, it allows you to have more energy, keep your mind active and maintain mental ability. You should read everyday books or ebooks. Could be something to help with your self-development, or for your business or even something light to just relax your mind. You can listen to Podcast, it is free and it is a great way to change your mindset ( as soon as I am finished with this blog, I am going to  listen to Tony Robbins podcast, Powerful !!) Don’t waste valuable time watching too much TV !!! A good way to explore culture is to attend performances, listen music, travel and reach out to like minded people from other countries and backgrounds.

You need to take care of your body also and it is usually the part we all forget. Eat healthy at regular time, drink plenty of water, reduce caffeine 🙂 get regular exercise, take vitamins if you need , practice meditation (at least 30 min everyday), go to bed at an appropriate time. The big earners usually go to bed early and are early riser. Your appearance also is very important so make sure you take care of the outside too. And be happy and grateful! Happiness is a choice, you either focus on the positive aspects of life or the negative aspect.

You need to forgive also because holding grudge and being angry won’t solve any problem but it will hold you back in life. Even if you have a bad day and someone is trying to get on your nerves, just breath, it is time for meditation 🙂  and you’ll see you’ll feel better after. Choose your friends wisely and get rid of toxic ones.

4. Set goals and develop a routine

Setting goals will help you to envision your future and visualize your short and long term motivation.  One important way to get more productive is to develop a routine and schedule your time. Plan your day and manage every hour of your day. Put a timer beside you so you don’t spend too much time on one task and first thing first put away all the distractions. Also very important, stop delaying or postponing your actions. Procrastination won’t allow you to move forward. Challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone.

5. Invest in a coach or find a mentor

I kept it for the last because I think it is the most important value to help you develop your business and your life. A coach will assist you and guide you to put everything in place to implement your success plan. It usually is a few session or a short period of time. A good mentor is someone who will support and encourage you to reach to higher goals, to push you when needed and challenge you. Over time your mentor could be a very good friend but use caution and ask yourself if you spend time outside the mentoring relationship.

In Conclusion,  investing in yourself emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially, will allow you to become the best version of yourself. When you are the best version of yourself, you will be an attraction magnet to others and your business will grow immensely!!

I am going to show you today some tricks to obtain mastery and build a successful business online.

On my last blog I talked about the 4 stages of competences and i invite you to read it, very powerful !!

In summary:

In Stage 1, you need to recognize your own competence and decide if you want to learn – the big risk factor is an unwillingness to learn;

In stage 2, you really want to learn and roll up your sleeves – the big risk factor is the fear of failure or perfectionism and aversion to change;

In stage 3, you know what you have to do –  the big risk factor is simply in not continuing to practice or improve. Doing that you’ll lose your skills and won’t perform effectively;

In stage 4, this is the mastery level where all your skill become “second nature”

Once you reach this level, you should make the commitment to engage in the ” Learn, Do, Teach” method. You will then be a great teacher followed by many people. You can achieve mastery of all these concepts and internalize them.

5 tips to help you gain mastery over these concepts

  • Repetition is the path to mastery: You need to rewire your brain, and make it a commitment to do your daily task. Meditation, learning something new each day, prospecting and engaging with your audience. Remember with repetition comes conviction.
  • Be coachable: If you find difficulty with motivation, you are probably missing either the desire or belief in yourself. If you really want to learn, you can accept change in your life and be willing to be corrected.
  • Engage in the community: Post your questions, share your success even the smallest one. It will give you a boost and help others with their questions. Surround yourself with successful people !
  • Attend events: If you can attend the offline events, this is where the real change happens. There is nothing quite like actually physically being around successful leaders. You have also several online events that you should attend regularly.
  • Invest in Mentorship: If you want massive growth and success in the form of wealth and freedom, you should be a part of a mastermind of top level performers. You should always push yourself and be surrounded with top mentors. Even the top earners are constantly investing in coaching and mentorship

The ultimate X-factor to make more money and multiply your sales is YOU.

You need to be Unique and Valuable.

You need to brand your name, your face, your energy, your confidence, your enthusiasm….

You need to continue building your personal value by investing in yourself. Doing that you’ll increase credibility to others by providing them value with what you are learning.

Build relationship, solve the problems of others, provide them value without any ulterior motives and you will attract success to you like a magnet. Don’t forget, people buy people!!! One of the biggest barrier to sales is the lack of trust, so be yourself and communicate with your prospect without an agenda.

Treat on line just like you would if you were meeting your prospect online. Don’t be pushy or pitchy that will make you come across as desperate and needy. Be courteous, polite and inquisitive. If they subscribed to your newsletter or want to get more information about what you are doing, the way you reach out to people and bring them value, chances are, they are not getting results they want to be getting and you’ll be able to provide them with a solution.

Once you have built rapport by actually having a real conversation and listening to people, they will tell you their challenges…You can then offer them a solution

Exemples: “Hey Jack, I’m so glad we got to connect and I understand your challenge with _____________ because I struggled with that too and felt exactly the same way. Here’s what I found that worked well for me and it might work well for you too, would you like me to send you some information on it?”

9 out of 10 times you will get a positive response when you do this right and many of those whom you send the information too will buy from you. Even if you don’t benefit from the sales they will respect you for what you have done.

Also another little tips to see where your audience is and what page they like, go to your Facebook profile, Manage adverts and go to audience insights

Once you know your niche, select the location, age and gender and interest. Then you can see on Page likes where your audience is and you can prospect people from these pages. Don’t pitch, build relationship!!!

Hypnotics words to use while prospecting

The  hypnotics words you should use when prospecting.

How is it possible to use words that everybody knows and somehow change the mindset of a person?

Suppose someone told you to imagine yourself biting into an orange. Without having any in your hand, you can still do it. You can feel yourself biting it, taste the bitter citrus and your saliva glands somehow get activated.

That’s what words can do. They’re capable of:

  • Stimulating your imagination
  • Distracting you
  • Painting pictures in your mind
  • Activating your senses
  • Creating associations
  • Linking two things that wouldn’t normally go together
  • You’ve probably heard the expression “cool as a cucumber” – but does it make any sense?

What makes them power words isn’t necessarily the words themselves, but the way in which they’re used.

Because words can create associations and paint pictures in the mind, they’re the fastest way to stimulate the unconscious.

We call that formula ABS:

But before I tell you, you need to understand that nobody is going to join your business if they really don’t want to and you knocked at the wrong doors. Double check the first sales rules

Once you know exactly what your prospect need, you can use these powerful words

  1. Imagine or just pretend ; when you use this words in your sales pitch, after you understood the need of your prospect, it will give him permission to switch off his conscious mind. To bypass the critical factor and let go, because that’s what pretending is all about.

    He won’t react as if he is going to buy anything but it is going to be something that HE NEEDS to become healthier, to be a better leader, to get more money etc…. You have to let them imagine the outcome of joining you and also picture it.

  2. You; it is better to use you than the first name. You is more natural to use in conversation
  3. Because; using this word bypass the critical factor that all the prospects get into when they are not sure if they want to follow you. Using the word because satisfy the brain’s natural search for reasons. Tell your offer and back it up with solid reason.
  4. And; it serve a links to join ideas together smoothly. So it makes sense to be part of your business. This is a clever replacement for “but” when dealing with criticisms or objections. The word “but” signals to the prospect that you are about to utter a statement that runs counter to what they’d like to hear.
  5. What would it be like; Customers don’t care about features and benefits , they only care about value and achieving their objectives. Again, it’s about them, not you or your company. Skip over all the amazing features your product or service contains and instead make it clear how your offering will create value for your prospect’s business/health etc…
  6. Should we … ? instead of you should….Most people balk at being told what to do.Reformulating suggestions as questions helps the prospect keep an open mind and diminishes the potential for the conversation to turn on the negative way.
  7. Opportunity; The word “problem” has a negative connotation, and can make the prospect feel as if the process is difficult and unpleasant. With this in mind, replace it with more positive words. Instead of saying “no problem,” for example, say, “it’s my pleasure.” “I understand the problem” can become “I see an opportunity to make this run more smoothly.”

5 Steps You should do to live Your dreams !

Either you are doing Network Marketing as a full time job or part time, you have to follow these steps to be able to live your dream!!!

This ‘Top Earner Blueprint’ requires just over 4 hours per day

These are daily action you should practice and depending the time you have you can cut each step in half. If you say you don’t have at least 2 hours per day to work on your dream, you have 2 options…

* Get resourceful and find a few 30-minute pockets of time during your day to work on your dream.

* Get up an hour earlier & stay up an hour later to work on your dream.

Step 1: 10 MINUTES – Your VISION – Meditation & Visualization

Sit down first thing in the morning to visualize, mentally rehearse, and step into the vision of your future potential that sets every single cell in your body on fire. You can put some meditation music or inspirational music to help you focus. Believe in yourself, relax and see you and your family in the future. VISUALIZE !!!! You must get up a different person. You goal is to sustain this new state of being throughout the day. Be consistent, each day do it, if you have time do it twice, in the morning and in the evening. I like going to bed with some meditation music to relax and put positive energy while I sleep.

Step 2: 15 MINUTES of personal growth, personal development

Read books, follow some trainings, tutorials and audios to grow your mindset. Developing your mind is very important to gain your millionaire mind!! Work on YOU, feed yourself with positive, inspirational energy! You can listen to a podcast, in our community we have 20 min each day of personal development call for example. You can listen to Tony Robbins, Robin Sharma, Gary V, .. find the right people that will give you the boost each day to focus, and go towards your dreams!!!

Step 3: 1 HOUR – Learn something new, or attend to a training each day

Learn a new skill or try to get on a training every day for an hour, learn about how to set up your blog, how to generate more leads, prospecting, video marketing, copywriting, anything that would help you to learn something new to help you build your business. But stay focus on one platform, don’t start learning different media and be all over the place; try to plan all your trainings and follow them to be an expert on your platform.

Step 4: 1 HOUR – EXECUTION

Knowledge without execution is worthless. Turn the knowledge you gain each day into CONTENT that builds your audience, business, and income. Whenever you consume, CREATE!!!

Share your live video on Facebook groups if it is your platform, Share your blogs on the blog exchange syndication to get more followers, Do some funnels to get your list, because MONEY is in your LIST !!!!!

Your business is the customers you serve, and you must build relationships if you want to build long-term customers that pay you for years.

BUSINESS in any industry is nothing more than marketing and innovation.

How to stop getting overwhelmed with too many Information?

If you are someone who attends all the webinars, goes through all the trainings, buys all the courses and get many many information, for sure you are going to get overwhelmed and you might burn yourself out. On top of the information overload, you are going to work longer, and taking less time off.. Result? More stress and less time for yourself.

To avoid being overworked, you need to manage your personal life and your business. And rule number one Take Action. No point having all these knowledge if you don’t apply it. Schedule important task first and create value to your business.

You need also to set boundaries, you can’t be present 24/7. Other people won’t respect your time unless you respect Yours! You can’t say Yes to everything. It is natural for us to want to win people’s approval, and we don’t want to let others’ down. But the result might be of unease, we’ll sacrifice our time, energy and won’t contribute towards our own wellbeing.

1- You need to set a marketing objective before learning something new

Why are you watching this webinar or buying this course? Are you planning on sharing it to your team, doing a video about it? It doesn’t matter what you want to do with it as long as you or your team are going to benefit off the specific course. But when you decide strongly that this piece of information is important, avoid all distractions, turn off the alerts so you are 100% focus and you don’t waste too much time.

The more we take action on the information learn, the less it will weigh you down and the less you’ll feel overwhelmed.

2- Decide if the information is necessary at the time

You might buy a course about Instagram but decide you are not going to use it for the moment because you want to focus on Facebook for example. You should keep on learning more about Facebook then and put away the Instagram training for later because you can’t be an expert of multiple strategies in a few weeks. However if you see a webinar that might be of interest in the future, follow it and take notes. Schedule your time and make plans to pursue your goals and your dreams.

3- Revisit old content, or old courses you bought

Sometimes we have notes and information that you might be sit on it and never used it. Some contents that might not have be relevant at the time. You should always keep your copies, and notes to be able to reread them.  Some content that might have been too overwhelmed or too hard to understand at the time might be just what you need right now. Set yourself a `game plan to go through your old material and share it with your team or your customers.

4- Take notes only on what you plan to use

To avoid being overwhelmed, stop taking notes about every single information you gather. When you take notes, ask yourself if it is going to benefit you , or your team. Will I share the content? Does it apply to my business? Is it necessary to get all of that details? If the answer is no, save your energy and focus more on what will be productive for YOU. Eliminate as many tasks you don’t need to do.

You are a role model for your team. You need to show them the right direction to impact people. If you are all over the place, you won’t be seen as a leader and won’t be credible. Don’t be seen as a perfectionist with impressive label because your team will give you more and more task to do stipulating you are the only one that can do it. Give your team more responsibility, share your knowledge so they can replicate what you are doing.

Achieving your goal doesn’t happen without Focus, Determination, Perseverance, Patience and Hard Work.

If you want to be part of this elite group, you need to change your Mindset, your habit. Our mindset dictates what we believe to be possible both in life and business. Habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. They value others ideas, and as entrepreneurs, we should constantly be asking questions about ourselves and our business.  People who ask questions may provide a different angle on an issue or an idea, and these questions could ultimately lead to an important breakthrough for you or your business. Perspective is everything. Expose yourself with different people, different ideas.

You must set daily goals, strive for consistency, act on small improvement toward your major goal. Persist until you achieve it, work hard and take responsibility. Learn to embrace risk and if needed take some loans to start a new business, but don’t take thoughtless risks. Think things through and evaluate your options. Research and gain the knowledge you need to make an informed decision.

Most entrepreneurs wake up early, and do some meditation. Scientific studies show that people meditating regularly will get better in improving their work effectiveness, leadership abilities and level of creativity. Because stress makes the brain switch to a survival mode, a stressed out person can no longer properly process information, exhibit good interpersonal skills, nor come up with creative ideas. And that is exactly the reason why meditating can be so effective in making You better at your job on a consistent basis, day in and day out.

4- Prioritize building wealth

To achieve you goal, you need to know exactly what is your priority! You need to save first and pay for trainings to learn your skills. Most successful people live below their means and save money, it is not about how much you get to spend but how much you get to keep! Create a successful system with money automation; Automating = budgeting. Invest your money and get residual income passively. Discipline also is the key to achieve higher goals, 80% of people devote their energy for important task versus 20% for the rest of daily task. Too much multi-tasking also might cost you to waste 40% of your time.

If you truly want to build a great business, you need to apply creativity to it. 6 Tips to choose wisely your platform

When you start a business online you have the choice of many Social Media platform. I am going to give you some tips to choose wisely the right one.

Facebook remains the largest Social Network in most major markets. Social media has been proven to increase sales for small businesses and corporations. Social platforms allow your current customers and potential customers to learn more about you. You need to brand yourself and not the company you are representing and for that you have to post in Social Media.

Questions you have to ask yourself:

  • Where is my audience?
  • What type of content I want to share?
  • How often do I want to post online?
  • Do I want to be part of a community
  • Do I need to do video?
  • Do I want to interact with my customers?

Facts:  – 20% of Facebook users bought something because of the advertisement they see on the side

– 67% of Twitter users buy brands they follow

– Business experience 61% of success rate using LinkedIn

Facebook: The beauty of Facebook is that you can have your own profile page for your friends and family, your business page where you are going to promote your business and you can create a group for your community. You can have as many pages as you want. If you put too many business links on your profile, you will get your account closed! So my advise, get your fan/business page and use it to promote. You can post 2-3 maximum a day and don’t use many hashtags ( 1 or 2 maximum). As for the group, you can choose 3 privacy settings: Public, Closed and Secret. It is a great way to share your business, articles or trainings to your community.

Twitter: You can post every 30 min as your audience don’t stay very long on twitter. Promote your product/service but you have to share other things: 35-40% should be value content ( webinar, marketing, interviews, testimonials, what you are passionate about) , 20% lifestyle, 10-15% branded quotes, 30% value funnel. For the hashtags 3 maximum.

Instagram: You can post once or twice daily, tell your story with image. Always check the copyright of the image. You can use hashtags from your industry, for that you can check some apps like TagsForLikes or Hashme.

LinkedIn: this platform is mainly to generate B2B connection. Join industry groups and use it to stay informed on current discussion trends.

Snapchat: It is a fun way to engage with your audience. You share photos and videos that self destroy. Meaning, all posts you shared will be auto deleted and gone forever depending on the time limit you set to be available to recipients. 71% of Snapchat users are under 34 years old.

Youtube: It is great if your audience need to see videos, tutorials, interviews. You can also upload your Facebook Live in no time on your Youtube channel

Did you know that 91% of retail brands use 2 or more social media channels? While it’s highly unlikely that simply using one channel to showcase your brand will be enough, having the perfect balance can be tricky. Too many, and you’ll spread yourself too thinly and dilute the impact of your efforts as a result. Too few, and your brand visibility and reach might suffer.

In Summary, it’s not the size of the platform. It’s not about being all over every platform. It’s what’s right for your business based on who you’re trying to reach. So do your research and find the right tool that will help you build your business.Whichever social networks you choose to use, find the right resources to grow your business.

Write some challenges that will put you out of your comfort zone and keep you focus. You need to make sure you are ready to miss out for some outings, your friends coffee mornings, … Be ready to get 90 days with all the focus !!

  • Specific: Define your goal, who, what, where, why, which
  • Measurable: Track your progress
  • Attainable: Is your goal reasonable?
  • Relevant: What needs are you going to bring?
  • Timely: Your step by step day/month/year

The 90 day plan is going to work if you have a

  • Set of goal in mind, write at 30-60-90 days how much money you are planning to get;
  • Vision : don’t hesitate to get very creative, and cast your vision
  • Assess your progress, that will help you define your weakness and your strength.
  • Say No to certain things that are not important for the growth of your business
  • Determine your priority plan, get done the hardest task first. Example: set up your blog, set up your YouTube Channel…Prioritize what is most important for your business
  • All the way through the 90 day plan, do some reviews and check what works better and what works not so well
  • And last point, Set another 90 day plan forecast !!!

WHAT DO YOU WANT? This is the learning stage !

  • Time to be focus and do the 5 daily tasks
  • Time to set up your blog, e-commerce
  • Time to set up your platform, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram which ever you decided to work on
  • Learn about your company
  • Find out your niche and your target audience
  • Investigate which platform you should use
  • Ask all the questions to your mentors, coaches….

60 DAY GOAL

ADDING THE YOU 

After setting up everything and followed the trainings, you should have a better knowledge of your company, your customers and what they are looking for.

  • Time to do your personal branding
  • Time to get out of your comfort zone, and not staying behind your computer.
  • Time to do some videos… Live on Facebook or Instagram is perfect but if you are still shy start with videos on YouTube but by day 60… it is live videos 🙂
  • Share your information doing blogs, or posts on your timeline
  • Get creative with your pictures, with your ads – get some example and “spy” on your mentors or uplines 🙂
  • Time to listen more than the talking… You need to start calling your prospects
  • Advertise more and more, you should be at this point doing Your 5 daily tasks every single day and get leads every single day

90 DAY GOAL

TRANSFORMATION STAGE

  • You should do a blog, a video
  • Each task should go much faster
  • Prospection everyday
  • At  least 2-4 leads a day
  • Check out your mistakes, dodge novice errors
  • Analyse the growth
  • Reward yourself !!!!

When you are finished this 90 day plan, get a month off if you want to be able to get to see your friends, and get fired up for another 90 day goal with:

  • bigger $ numbers,
  • more leads,
  • more blogs done,
  • more videos,
  • a Facebook Challenge of 30 days videos…
  • start getting used to another platform
  • call everyday your leads
  • webinar
  • and so on…..

Work Smarter Not Harder !

Today, Online Marketing has changed the way we sell our product or services. I am going to give you some tips to work Smarter and not Harder.

 

When you start prospecting online, you need to follow some steps to explain your product or services after building rapport with your potential customer. You are going to meet people with different backgrounds and levels of education. You are going to come in contact with people using old school marketing, where home parties, leaflets on the cars or at the mall where the norm. Nowadays you can do so much without leaving your house or wasting time doing all the presentation outside your home and I am going to share with you some tips:

  • You need to have a Fanpage if you are using Facebook platform to market your business. It is where you are going to put your business post. When you start prospecting, or advertising, without realizing it, you are going to get people that are going to check out your profile. Maximize your photos albums with some picture Before/After – some testimonials. Blog posts, quotes, etc…
  • You can boost your post from your Fanpage, that way you’ll get more people seeing your ad and get more engagement. Isn’t it better than going door to door or putting leaflets on cars windows.
  • You can do some webinars where you are going to present your business opportunity, talk about your product or service. And all that in the comfort of your home. No more going around, renting rooms or having to clean your home and prepare some appetizers to entertain your potential prospects. I don’t say it is bad, or you shouldn’t do it but you can get more people online to follow you without having to go through all of the trouble. Preparing a webinar is very time consuming if you want to have something professional. The great thing once it is done and you are happy with it, you can share the link to many people offline!!
  • It is the same thing for the Youtube videos or blogs; once you have done them, you can share to your list, to your new prospect, on multimedia,… It is out there until you remove them, so you could be at the beach, or on holiday or asleep and someone can see your content.

Once you have all these content out and you start getting people connecting with you, you need to build relationship and then talk about Network Marketing/Affiliate Program

You can follow these 4 steps:

  • Step1: Who you are. Introduce yourself in a few lines, and point out why you started with this company and what  is your purpose and your goal.
  • Step2: What you are offering and how the product/service helps you. That is why it is important you are the product of the product.Give your personal testimonial.
  • Step3: Why they should take action. Again after building your rapport, you know their challenges so the product, training you are offering will help them.
  • Step4: How they can get your offer, that is called Call To Action. Don’t forget to put one in each post, and if possible get a funnel to gather as many email address as you can to help you build your list.
