I personally have a copy where I wrote 50 things I am grateful for!!! And from time to time I read over it and add more. 
Get specific! Don’t just write I am grateful for my family for example. 
Do practice Gratitude and
it will give you the kick you need to start making changes.

Live life like there is no tomorrow

Last year I was really struggling with my health and I thought first that I was going to die ๐Ÿ˜ฑ – the pain was horrendous – and that I needed to have a major surgery!! 
But I decided to take my health into my hands and well I am still here ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ and no surgery!!
