Are You Setting Goals?

Time to review your weekly goals!

Did you achieve it? Are you far from it?

If you didn’t do all of your goals, don’t beat yourself up! You are still a SUCCESS! 😎 💪

🔹 Find out the reason why you didn’t achieve them
🔹 Reevaluate the time you spend for each task
🔹 Instead of seeing what you didn’t do, look at what you achieved
🔹 Ask yourself these questions:
🔺 Did I set a SMART goal (Specific-Measurable-
Achievable-Relevant-Time bound)
🔺 Did I have the resources to do it?
🔺 Did I have enough time?

Accept yourself as YOU are and you will set appropriate goals.

One thing to remember, each day is a step forward to your Success 😘

Feel Good, Think Good, Do Good

If you are overworked and tired 😴 staying motivated is very hard. Especially when you work from home because you have so many distractions around you 🤔

The question is ” How long are you going to stay in this state of confusion ? “

It is so easy to just stay in bed longer or relax on the sofa watching stupid stuff on tv! 😉

When you feel in doubt and can’t seem to get out of that bad feeling.
🔹 Shift your energy!
🔹 Remind yourself of your goals
🔹 Give yourself small break
🔹 Go for a walk
🔹 Take charge and control of your day
🔹 Watch motivational stories
🔹 Read a few pages of self development.
🔹 Have a routine: meditate, do some sport, eat healthy on time and go to bed early

So take control of your life and visualize your bright future because I believe in YOU 🙌

Dream Small Dreams

Belief is like a muscle. Unless it’s developed it remains weak, small and basically useless. 🤔

So when we set large goals, we are requiring ourselves to also have an equally large belief system to support it. 
It doesn’t matter how much we “want it” or how much we “proclaim it” – all that matters is how much we BELIEVE it. It’s this true belief that affects all of our actions. 😎💪

True motivation is the results of momentum so start with small goals, keep that momentum and when you’ll see results, you’ll find you’ll achieve your bigger goals 🔥

👉 If you expect different results by doing the same thing, it is not going to happen. 
👉 I like the 2nd one, there is no shame to ask. My children are always embarrassed when i try to get discounts or talk to strangers about my business. Well you can either get a yes or a no but at least i try! 🙌
👉 And the last one, don’t stay still! Move forward towards your goals.. Believe in yourself! Do what it takes 😎
