Gratitude is our emotion that relates to our ability to feel and express thankfulness and appreciation. ๐Ÿ˜
Our days rarely go according to plan or without unexpected challenges. Would you agree? ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐Ÿ”น Gratitude motivates us not only to improve our own life but also the circumstances of the people around us.

โ“โ“ So how do you practice gratitude?

I personally have a copy where I wrote 50 things I am grateful for!!! And from time to time I read over it and add more. 
Get specific! Don’t just write I am grateful for my family for example. 
Do practice Gratitude and
it will give you the kick you need to start making changes.
And don’t forget! I believe in you ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

Positive thinking is a form of thought

Do you have those days when everything seems to go wrong? Usually, it begins with one bad event that we allow to affect our state of mind. That leads to another and another and your day is ruined! ๐Ÿค”
Put enough of those days together and life can become miserable ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

No matter what happens, look for the good and youโ€™ll find it. I know easy to say ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Positive thinking is a form of thought which habitually looks for the best results from the worst conditions. 
Your internal state is easier to control than what you perceive around you. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

To keep a positive perception of the world, you should 
๐Ÿ‘‰ surround yourself with positive people 
๐Ÿ‘‰ avoid doing things that wonโ€™t make you happy 
๐Ÿ‘‰ do things that make you feel better about yourself and the world
๐Ÿ‘‰ remember all the beautiful opportunities and possibilities in the world 
๐Ÿ‘‰ remember that YOU are in control and if you change your perception it will change your realities
