When you decide to do a shift in your life and want to become an entrepreneur, loads of emotions arise! It will be like a rollercoaster with highs and losses 🤔
A lot of people are not ready to challenge themselves and it is OK, but if you are ready, check out this 5 emotions that you might encounter daily
🔹 Fear ~ you need to take the right decision at the right time, the sooner the better 🔹Curiosity ~ you cannot build a business if you are not flexible. You need to stay on top of your game and innovate so a great idea can become something real 🔹 Doubt and anxiety ~ when you feel you are making the right decision, just go for it don’t doubt yourself and waste time. Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. Trust your own instinct 🔹 Excitement and euphoria ~ If you are excited and happy about your business, you will be more confident about risk-taking. If the euphoria, of building a business, doesn’t buoy you on a daily basis then do something else with your life! 🔹 Impostor syndrome ~ even if you are just starting your journey, push aside this emotion of being skeptical of your own abilities. Learn well your product/service and be confident that you can do it.
Entrepreneurship is a life calling. It’s common for new business owners to experience fear, uncertainty or a rush of excitement. But these emotions are only a small part of our daily lives. What catches most new business owners off-guard are the emotions they don’t expect to feel.
Chasing your dreams isn’t something that will just happen 🤔 It takes a lot of dedication and hard work in order for it to become reality. If you are very passionate, take calculated risks and listen to your instincts, you too can be successful 😎💪
So what are you going to do today that will bring you closer to your dream life?
People that make mistakes and don’t quit are the one that achieve more in their lives. It doesn’t have to be only about business but also about relationships. 🤔 Push past failure and fear to come out on the other side with success and courage. 😎
Ask yourselves these questions: 👉 What is there in my life that is causing me to avoid building my dream business? 👉 Where do I see myself in a few years if I allow myself to accept success and courage 👉 Why have I not moved forward in getting my business started? 👉 How can I get started on the journey to build my dream life? 👉 When am I going to take the first step to overcoming my fears of failure?
You can do it! Allow yourself to commit to success and courage. 🔥🔥
There is nothing you can do to change what happened in the past! 🤔 You don’t know what the future is going to be like 😎 However today is what really matters because it is the only day in which you can actually do something! 💪
See what regrets and disappointments you have from the past, see what dreams and goals you have for the future. Use today as a gift to see those dreams become reality!
The happiest people are those who give, and give generously. Try to give more, rather than to try to gather more or collect more. Whether we give of our time, our fortune, or in some other manner, I believe there is little we could do to make a greater impact on others lives, or our happiness.😎
Happiness is meant to be shared, but sometimes the happiest people are too busy living to tell the rest of the world how they got there. Talking about how great life is can also quickly go past humble to just bragging, especially around others who may not be having the best of times.🤔`
Peppermint is an aromatic herb in the mint family, it is a hybrid mint that is a cross between spearmint and watermint. It can be found naturally in North America and Europe. Records of the use of mint plants for medical purposes go all the way back to the times of ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. It has been used for thousands of years for its pleasant minty taste. The oil extract from the leaves off of the peppermint plant is used for a variety of different purposes. It is usually used in food and beverages and as a fragrance in soap and cosmetics. Peppermint is used as a flavoring in breath mints, candies and other foods, many people also consume peppermint as a refreshing, caffeine-free tea, it is also used for a variety of health conditions and can be taken orally in dietary supplements or topically as skin cream or ointment.
Studies show that used topically it may help soothe tension headaches and cracked nipples from breastfeeding, further research needs to be conducted to confirm. The topical application of peppermint oil is generally safe, although it is necessary to dilute with a carrier oil like almond or jojoba oil. Be careful if you have sensitive skin, it may cause a durning sensation while it naturally alleviates discomfort. The peppermint plant contains antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, antispasmodic and germinative properties.
