Why your Image is important, First impression matters!

Branding yourself is a must when you start building a business on social media. That is why your image is so important !! Companies come and go…but you are the one thing that will remain stable in the midst of change.

When promoting on social media, you have to be mindful of the posts. Why?

  • In a few seconds, someone can form an impression on yourself so you want to show the best of you!!
  • Your social media is scrutinized when you are in network marketing, so don’t put any pictures that seemed great at the time but might bring you some trouble in the long term. Or say anything that you might be regretting in the future. That is the reason why I always say that you shouldn’t put any negativity in your posts.
  • Your reputation could be affected if someone share a picture or something and it is splashed everywhere in the media. That is why it is important you get your general account settings, timeline and tagging settings checked. I have my profile on public but I am the only one that can post on my timeline, or see the posts I have been tagged.

Remember, if it’s on the Internet, it could be there forever!

Why it is important to brand yourself?

Personal branding is essentially the ongoing process of establishing a prescribed image or impression in the mind of others. Your skills, your focus will allow them to clearly understand what you’re passionate about. You want your prospects to choose you as the only solution to their problems. You have to be unique and approachable to your audience to get results.

The way you talk and present yourself has a remarkable impact on the people you meet professionally and socially. This is why it is very important you brand yourself and not your company.

Branding demands commitment; commitment to continual re-invention; striking chords with people to stir their emotions; and commitment to imagination. It is easy to be cynical about such things, much harder to be successful.” – Sir Richard Branson

How to brand yourself:

  • Your image: your customers/followers need to know who you are. Put a picture on all your multi-media platform, they will recognize you when you do a video.
  • Use a blog: it is very important to do a blog, and put value on it. A few sentences, a picture, a little video… No need to do a book each time 🙂 , but be consistent.
  • Use social media: establish a presence, my advice at the start of your branding, choose ONE and be an expert. It can be Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest… Whatever you want to start with, be an expert before you want to jump on another one. You need to build relationship with your audience. Make sure your audience see you everyday; if you don’t have time to do a video, put a post, a picture, a quote, a blog post…Make yourself available for help and advice.
  • Maintain your integrity: market yourself with high standards and honesty, if you don’t know something, point your client to someone else, this way they will know your potentials and trust your judgement.
  • Body language also is important: Be yourself!!! Don’t try to impress anyone;  your followers want to be able to relate to someone like you, you might not attract everybody but you will attract the RIGHT audience for YOU.
  • Believe in yourself: You want to send the right message, if you don’t believe in yourself or the company you are representing, it will show.

Today I will be talking about the importance of branding yourself !!

When i started doing MLM, my team at the moment didn’t do any attraction marketing and to be honest i didn’t know any difference because i just started in this industry. Then the month/years went by and my business didn’t grow much, was stagnant; didn’t get many leads. I change business and i was always asking the same persons to use my new product, to come with me to the business… Can you relate to that???  I knew i needed to do something to push more and get more income. That’s when i decided that I should brand myself, I heard this words so many times but never really knew what to do.  I was seeing people making 6-7 figures income, doing live videos, being present all the time, but i never really knew what type of business they were in….

Attraction marketing is the foundation of who You are and what You want to do. It will open doors for you and create a lasting list of potential clients.  Leads are essential for any successful business.

Branding yourself is not only about who you are but mostly what kind of services, products you can offer.

When you reach out to your audience you need to give them some value, your blog need to get good contents so when a client has to choose to whom he wants to buy the product or go to business with, he will choose YOU because he heard about you, he saw YOU going live or doing videos, he can relate to YOU…

Build trust and honesty with your leads and they will follow you!!

Comment attirer les bonnes personnes dans votre MLM?

La première chose que vous devez savoir c’est qui vous êtes pour attirer les bonnes personnes dans votre vie, dans votre entreprise. Faîtes une analyse de vous-même et penser à la personne avec qui vous aimeriez travailler.

Dans la vie en général, une bonne attitude et éthique vous apportera une expérience positive, c’est comme un aimant, “le positif attire le positif”  mais c’est un peu différent dans l’industrie du marketing de réseau.

Je vous conseille de lire ou voir le film “Le secret” sur la loi de l’attraction, c’est la base du réseau de marketing. Rhonda Byrne a fait tout une série de livre que je recommande fortement.

Dans le monde du MLM, vous devez avoir une stratégie marketing d’entreprise pour vous aider à obtenir des bons clients/distributeurs/leaders:

  • Vous devez utiliser les médias sociaux et les groupes sur facebook (par exemple) approprié à votre entreprise. Choisissez la bonne photo , le texte selon le groupe de vos publications, ce qui déterminera le public que vous voulez influencer.
  • Concentrez-vous sur les problèmes des clients, vous devez cibler vos prospects, s’ils ont un problème, ils veulent que vous soyez présent pour le résoudre.
  • Vous devez être le produit du produit et préciser votre expertise. Créez des vidéos, des blogs et partagez-les sur les médias sociaux.
  • Soyez personnel et authentique. Votre public veut voir quelqu’un de réel, ils veulent vous connaître et vous faire confiance. Lancez-vous!!!!

Si vous envoyez un grand nombre d’annonces sur des groupes différents, en utilisant le même texte, la même image, jour après jour après jour, sans donner plus de valeur; déjà ça s’appelle du SPAMMING mais aussi vous n’attirerez pas les bonnes personnes. Soyez créatif !!

Vous devez changer votre façon de travailler si vous voulez améliorer votre vie ou alors vous deviendrez frustrer et c’est comme ça que la plupart des gens s’arrête et après critique le marketing de réseau.

 Ne devenez pas une personne exaspérante, irritante qui va pousser votre famille, vos amis à faire l’achat d’un produit. Devenez plutôt quelqu’un que votre public voudra suivre, une personne dont les gens sont attirés par VOUS, UN LEADER!

Si vous faites des vidéos sur les médias sociaux avec cohérence et honnêteté, les gens seront attirés vers vous comme des aimants. Ils veulent quelqu’un de réel, attentionné, passionné avec leur produit/leur entreprise.

Avec ce type de recrutement, vous trouverez des clients / distributeurs qui vous apporteront un revenu résiduel, mois après mois, année après année et non le client qui aura pitié et vous achètera votre produit une fois.

Aussi, vous pourrez ainsi choisir qui vous voulez dans votre équipe et qui vous voulez aider. Montrez votre leadership aux gens qui comptent et enseignez leur la bonne façon de travailler pour qu’ils puissent reproduire la même chose dans leur propre équipe. Donnez-leur suffisamment de soutien et de connaissances pour construire leur propre équipe. Ça s’appelle la Duplication. Ça s’appelle le SUCCÈS !!!
