We too often focus on what we don’t have, and overlook or even ignore what we do have.

The attitude of gratitude helps anchor us, to remind us of what we have, and how precious it is to us.

So take a moment to look around you, and appreciate all you have. Might be meaningful for some but might be very important for others.

The 2 things you can control. Your Action and Your attitude

The only 2 things you can control are your actions and your attitude towards your goals.

You cannot control your team or your sponsor or the company, so you have to take everything in your hand to build your business and fulfill your dreams.

This is why Branding Yourself and not the company, is a MUST.. Anything can happen and you don’t want to lose credibility if something happen with your company. Remember People join People.

The fear of failure is what prevents people of having success. Fear of what others are thinking, or fear of what IF I can’t do it, …   You have to say to yourself,

“I will win or I will  learn”

There is no mistakes, or objections but only experiences that will allow you to grow and reach to the top. People that are most successful failed many times like Oprah, Walt Disney, Steven Spielberg.  So don’t get discourage and focus on what you want to achieve !!

1- You need to be passionate with what you are doing, your audience will feel this passion and will be attracted to you.

2- You need to be in a positive state of mind to change your story.

3- And then you’ll figure out your strategy.

It is in you if you Decide. To achieve your goal you need to think about what you are willing to give up!!

You can control your daily activities but not the outcome. Be always positive and improve your attitude. Here are 6 tips that will help you :

  1. All your post have to be done with care, quality is better than quantity. No links of course but value. It is going to bring your more likes, comments or share
  2. Always learn something, doing a training or reading a book for your self development. Write your affirmations, intentions, gratitude and pray or meditate
  3. Take action without expecting results. Spend time engaging with people, but don’t expect them to join your business straight away
  4. Use set backs to learn new skills and if you need, take a break but don’t give up. Listen to a motivational podcast or video. I always say, everything happen for a reason so find the solution and don’t stay with the problem.
  5. Surround yourself with people that are going to lift you up. You are the average of the 5 people you spend time with.
  6. Say thank you even with people that didn’t help you or discouraged you at the start of your journey. They are the ones that push you to become better and achieve your goals. Be grateful for everyone, positive or negative. They all teach you a lesson.

In conclusion, you need to stay positive no matter what, have a strategy and keep doing your weekly activities. You can control your actions and your attitude/posture but not the outcome.

What You Need to Do to Change Your Life

Many people want to change something in their lives but they think they are too old, or they don’t have the competence to do it!! Well you are VERY WRONG!! You can change everything you want in your life if you really want it!! Work your way towards major changes.

See below the few tips I used to change My Life

1- You have to change your situation, even the smallest changes will make a difference. Go step by step.

  • Change your routine and ask this question; will it help me to get where I want to go? Examine what brought you in your actual situation and what you want to change. Determine whether or not your lifestyle is aligned with your personal values.
  • Get out of your confort zone; for things to change you need to get better. If you are not willing to push yourself and get better, you won’t be able to move forward
  • Consistency is key. We always say it takes 21 days to change your habits

2- Change your attitude

  • This is very important you change your mindset. Leave the past in the past and get focus on your goal.
  • Be positive and get rid off the negativity around you. Toxic people will bring you down and won’t see what you are looking for. It has to be the same with you, don’t critic people, gossip and always see the positive on your relationship
  • Don’t compare yourself with others. Nobody’s life is perfect, no matter how it may seem on the outside.You are unique and different.

3- Personal Growth

  • Assess your skills and qualities, consider your aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximise your potential.
  • Before you can believe in a goal, you first must have an idea of what it looks like. Visualise them. See the end results and how to get it done step by step
  • Make a plan and get the training you need to achieve your goal. You will be in control of your life.

4- Attract the right people and get success

  • Success doesn’t happen overnight and if you focus and surround yourself with the right people, it will go easier. We are the average of the 5 people we have around us! Think about it!
  • You need to become more attractive in business and everything else will start falling into place. People will be attracted to you. You will attract success instead of having to pursue success.
  • Use the SMART method, Goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely.

5- Never give up

  • Learn all the time new skills and execute your plans. It might be painful at times but remember your WHY you want to make a change in your life.
  • In time you might feel you can’t do it, take a break, reassess your goals and continue your chosen path.
  • Patience and hard work are keys, but it will be so rewarding!!! Don’t give up!!!

In summary,  we all have bad days or bad weeks and it’s ok. It doesn’t mean it is the end. Pull yourself together, re-connect with your motivation and keep working.

Unfortunately, many of us remain stuck at the goal stage. We start out with good intentions and perhaps a plan, but then we can’t seem to make it happen.

But I believe in you and I know you can do it!!!
