🔹 You need some balance in life ~ family – work
🔹 Get back up again when you experience challenges ~ Life is a series of learning from your mistakes
🔹Always look up, not at the ground ~ Don’t live in your own little bubble; connect to the world outside of you.
🔹When the road throws you a curve, go with it ~ Don’t fight it, go with the flow
🔹 A bike helps you get to where you need to go ~ a bike is a tool and not the end goal. Be clear on your destination and if you use it well, you can go very far
🔹 A bike doesn’t move on its own ~ You need to be the person behind the handlebar and make choices or you won’t go anywhere
🔹When you start getting good at what you are doing and get results, you can start doing different and special stuff
🔹 Bicycling gives you muscles ~ Life toughens you up

We don’t live forever and we can’t work forever but the important thing is that we enjoy the ride, and we get to where we need to go! 😎

Wake Up With Positive Intentions

Intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. 😎

The best time to plant you intention is during the period after meditation, while your awareness remains centered in the quiet field of all possibilities. 🌸

🔹 Make a list of your desires, keep it with you and read over it before you start your day, before you go to bed, before and after your meditation
🔹 Release the list into the universe and trust that when things goes sideways it is for a reason ~ no negativity 😉
🔹 Remind yourself to practice present moment awareness to all actions and refuse any obstacles to bring you down, and get into any negativity

Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that last much longer than a smile.💪

Finding time to be positive about your life, and to do the things that make you feel positive emotions like happiness, is vital to helping you to develop skills and grow as a person.🙌

Remember that like attracts like. You have to give off positive vibes and be confident. You also have to be yourself. This will lead you to the people that are right for you. You may also need to practice forgiveness. Resentment only breeds bitterness and unhappiness, and it’s time to let the negativity go.💫

How many times have you had an idea? Excitement came first and after a few days/weeks resistance followed 💁‍♀️

If what you want does not match what is showing up in your experience, then you are not in alignment. 🤔
