6 steps to help you get out of your comfort zone

You need to get out of our comfort zone, to move on with your life and to do more than you could before. If you feel stuck but still do the same thing over and over, nothing will ever change. Don’t let fear or anxiety keeping you from trying. It’s easy to understand why people enjoy being comfortable. You get in a routine. You feel in control. You can predict what’s going to happen. Although stepping outside your comfort zone can look and feel scary, the abundance of benefits that exist on the other side of a little temporary discomfort are totally worth it. Face your fears and try, if your don’t try you don’t know if you’re capable of making the change in your life, that will bring you happiness and joy.

  1. Be well prepared

Information is power. When you’re starting something, gather as much information as you can, so you know what you’re talking about. For example if you are selling a product or a business, your need to know the ingredients and compensation plan for your business. If you don’t have all the information you’re going to be scared and stressed to talk about the product, so you wont be relaxed and prospecting as much as you should. Be honest, don’t say things that you don’t know or understand, it could hurt you later.

  1. Make a plan

Do it step by step, little by little and be consistent. Start small, like if you’re going to make a video, do a live or record it for a few minutes. If you decide to do a video once a week, do it, don’t procrastinate. At the start it will be hard but if you’re doing it consistently it will get easier. I promise!!

  1. Be positive, no matter what

When you start changing something in your life there will always be people telling you that you’re doing the wrong thing, its not for you, etc. There will be obstacles but you should remain positive. Do it for yourself, prove them wrong and don’t give up.

“Coming out of your comfort zone is tough in the beginning, chaotic in the middle, and awesome in the end…because in the end, it shows you a whole new world.” – Manoj Arora

  1. Hold yourself accountable

You’re always going to have good days and bad days. Say your plans out loud, tell someone, you will be more accountable because you don’t want to disappoint them or yourself. That’s how you push yourself. Write everything that you’re doing, it helps in the long run. Write your goals, it can be weekly or monthly and stick to them.

  1. Push further one day

When you have a routine, you do the same thing everyday. One day decide to push yourself and do twice the work you usually do. That’s how you improve and push your limits. Do something different like a 30 days challenge where you post a video or write a blog everyday for 30 days. It will push you and your business, thats how you improve.

  1. Follow the leader

Use the information you already have. Don’t reinvent the wheel, use the tools that you already have, don’t try do everything yourself. Being a perfectionist and a control freak will waste your time, if the leader is doing a training, plug your people in. You don’t have to do your own training. You can use that time to do different things.

Here is the Time Management link as promised in the video HERE

8 Simple Steps To Improve Your Time Management

Are you someone who can’t seem to manage your time? If you are having problems with time at home or at work, there is a good chance that your problems may be caused by your inability to manage it.

Most people feel overwhelmed with responsibilities and activities, and they find it hard to control what they really want to do so they go with the flow and keep out of control!

Time is the most valuable resource in the universe, it is precious and irreplaceable.

See below 8 simple steps that will help you improve your time management:

  1. Know That You Have a Problem

Knowing that you have a time management problem is the first step in changing your behavior. If you are always late for work or when attending a social event, it is something that should not be happening on a daily or weekly basis. If this is the case, then it is time for you to realize that you may have a problem.

  1. Decide To Change

Knowing that you have a time management problem is important, but wanting to change is even more important. In order to change you need to set goals for yourself, as these goals can help to provide you with a source of motivation and accomplishment if completed. Simple goals include showing up to work on time for a whole month, being on time for all dinner dates, and so forth. Ensure that the goals are not too hard that you end up not meeting your goals, get frustrated and give up.

  1. Stick To Your Goals

Creating a number of time management goals for you to meet is advised, but it is important that you stick with them when you are faced with complications.

“He who every morning plans the transaction of the day and follows out that plan, carries a thread that will guide him through the maze of the most busy life. But where no plan is laid, where the disposal of time is surrendered merely to the chance of incidence, chaos will soon reign.” -Victor Hugo

  1. Create Daily/Weekly Task Lists

Creating a to do list is an easy way to properly manage your time. You can write down your weekly activity goals, and also write down the day before what you need to do throughout the next day. Be sure to list your tasks in order of importance, and be sure not to put too much tasks or you’ll get overwhelmed.

  1. Rely On Time Management Tools

Properly managing your time is important, but it can be hard for many individuals to get used to. I am still old school and love writing down everything, some people prefer using their computer. Choose the one that suits you the best. Also, did you know that many cell phones and computers come with alarm clocks, alerts, and so much more? Use them to break down your tasks and you’ll see how easy it gets.

  1. Learn How To Say No

The ability to say no is closely linked to self-confidence. Don’t wait until your energy runs out before you take a much needed step back to assess the situation. Be clear and honest with yourself about what you truly want.

  1. Get Organized

Organization is key to being able to properly manage your time. If you are unorganized, you are likely to waste a large amount of time. For example, in the workplace you can waste time by searching for lost or misplaced documents. Organize your desk and put the important task to do in a place where you can see it. The same can be said for the home; if you are unorganized, you can spend hours searching for your glasses or car keys.

  1. Consider Hiring Professional Help

There will be times where you may not be able to refuse a project at work or a task at home, but try to not take on more than you can manage. Look into using outside help if you can. In the home, this outside help can come from a housecleaner. At the workplace, this outside help can come from a Coworker or a Virtual Assistant.

Chakras

What are chakras?

Chakras are the concentrated energy centers of the body. Chakra is a Sunskirt term and it means “wheel” or “disk”, it is derived from the root word “cakra”. Chakras are spinning wheels of energy/light, they have the responsibility of taking in, incorporating and emanating energy to keep us to function properly.

When a chakra is not functioning properly or is blocked, an illness is more likely to occur. Our well-being on all levels can be affected: lack of energy, feeling of anger, feeling unbalanced …

How to strengthen and increase the flow of your chakra systems?

If we feel unbalanced, we need to work on our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health to allow the flow of energy through our chakra systems to strengthen. Clearing out clutter in our lives physically and emotionally will help to bring back balance and enhances our wellbeing.

Screen Shot 2019-10-31 at 1.40.22 PM

Our body is an energetic system through which the universes life force flows through. Our 7 chakras are a part of this energetic system, they connect you with the larger part of yourself, the universe and they hold the secrets to our unique self and soul. To visualize a chakra in the body, image a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. The invisible healing energy called PRANA, is vital life force, it keeps us healthy and alive.

This is one music I like to listen when I do my meditation.

Each chakra corresponds to massive nerve centers in the body, they contain bundles of nerves and major organs as well as our psychological, emotional and spiritual state of being. Since everything is moving it is important that the chakras remain open and fluid to be in perfect alignment.

How to align the chakras

Awareness to which of your chakras are out of balance is key to aligning them. Our bodies are constantly between balanced and imbalanced. It is good to bring awareness to your body/mind and start understanding its signs and clues so that you can align your chakras.

For example, frequent constipation could indicate in a blockage to the first chakra. A recurring sore throat leaves clues to the firth chakra being blocked.

There are 7 main chakras:

1- Base or Root Chakra- Muladhara

Bija mantra (seed sound) is lam. Its natural colour is red, and is located resting at the base of the spine, in the tailbone. It is associated with the element of Earth, and its properties are related to survival, security and it anchors us to the earth. It represents our foundation. To keep this chakra healthy, exercises such as jogging or dancing are beneficial. Its message is “I exist”.

2- Sacral Chakra- Svadhistance

Bija mantra is vam. This chakras natural colour is orange, and is located in the lower abdomen. It is associated with the element of water. An overbearing solar plexus chakra (one not in balance with the other chakras) can result in obsessive compulsive control. When this chakra has a healthy flow it allows you to have control over your destiny, feel your power and accomplish your dreams. Whenever you felt butterflies or felt a pit in your stomach, thats the solar plexus chakra at work. Its message is “I control”.

  1. Heart chakra- Anahata

Let your hearts energy flow freely in and out. Be open to receiving love that is available to you, the free flowing love that is your birthright. This chakra connects the three bottom chakras (associated with maternity) with the top three ones (associated with spirituality). The message is “I love”.

  1. Throat Chakra- Vishuddha (the purifier)

Bija mantra is ham. Its natural colour is blue, and is located at the throat pit. It is associated with the element of expression and manifestation. It is related with authenticity, truthfulness, clarity influence, receptivity and peace. It is where you speak your truth to the world. It is a gateway and translator between the spiritual/unmanifest and physical/manifest aspect of our being. Singing, chanting and breathing exercises can enhance the health of this chakra. The message is “I express”.

  1. Third Eye Chakra- Ajne

Bija mantra is shan or om. Its natural colour is indigo, and is located in the space between the eyebrows. It is associated with the element light. Benefits Of Essential Oils

Essential oils are compound extracted from plants, the oils capture the plants scent and flavor or ”essence”. The unique aromatic compounds give each essential oil its characteristic essence.

Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic essential oils derived from plants for the purpose of enhancing the well being of ones physical and psychological health. By inhaling essential oils, nerves in the nose trigger powerful brain responses, aromatherapy triggers a response in the brain that sends healing to the body. Topical application allows essential oils to quickly enter the bloodstream by being absorbed through skin tissue.

  • Aromatherapy can reduce pain, as the oils can be absorbed through the skin. Prevent illness and boost the immune system. many essential oils have anti-inflammatory properties that can prevent the development of certain illnesses, it can improve the immune system as essential oils that are breathed in enter the lungs and are then absorbed into the bloodstream.
  • Essential oils helps to maintain healthy blood sugar levels and can be used as a part of your diet to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
  • Improve mood and set a positive atmosphere. scents are powerful stimuli that directly enter the brain, triggering intense emotional responses. By inhaling essential oils, your brain will signal certain emotions that can leave you feeling energized, optimistic and hopeful. These essential oils can be added to a hot bath or used in an oil diffuser to create a positive atmosphere in your house.
  • Essential oils have many uses not only aromatherapy, it can be used as a natural mosquito repellent and extending the shelf life of food.
  • Aids with occasional sleepiness, or promotes/supports sound sleep, essential oil has been shown to improve the sleep quality of people.

How to use Essential oils?

With a diffuser: it is a device that disperses essential oils into the air. There are several types of essential oil diffusers that you can use for this, like ceramic diffuser, electric, ultrasonic …

You can simply Inhale: the easiest method of inhalation is to open a bottle of pure essential oil and inhale deeply a few times. But don’t let the undiluted oil touch your skin. For the steam method you’ll need a bowl of hot water and a towel. Place the bowl on a table and add a few drops of essential oil. Place a towel over your head and the bowl. Close your eyes and deeply inhale the steam for several minutes. Repeat a few times throughout the day. When you’re dispensing essential oils in the air, consider pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or pets in your environment. Some essential oils can be dangerous

Dry evaporation: This method only requires some type of dry material such as a cotton ball or fabric. Add a few drops of essential oil to the material. Hold this to your nose and inhale or allow the scent to disperse naturally. You can add the material to the vents in your car, your shirt collar, or your pillowcase.

On your skin: You can use essential oils for skincare and massage in a variety of ways. Dilute essential oils with a carrier oil and apply the mixture to your skin. Follow a recipe or your intuition to make a rollerball blend so that you have your favorite combination on hand. Carrier oils will reduce skin sensitivity and also increase absorption through skin tissue.

Types of carrier oils:

  • olive oil
  • coconut oil
  • avocado oil ( this is the one I use 🙂 )
  • almond oil
  • jojoba oil

Focus on areas of muscular pain, tightness, and tension. You can also gently rub the oil into pressure points such as your temples, wrists, and third eye. You can also use the oils to massage your feet and place a few drops around your nose.Another option is to add essential oils to your favorite cosmetic products, such as toners, serums, and muscle rubs. But always take care to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil first.

In a bath or shower: while it’s best to store essential oils outside of the bathroom due to heat and humidity, you’ll find a lot of uses for them here. Add a few drops of essential oils to your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.To inhale essential oils while you shower, add a few drops to the shower walls and inhale deeply as you shower. Or add a few drops of diluted essential oil to a warm washcloth that can be used for inhalation and to gently exfoliate your body.Dilute a few drops of essential oils with a carrier oil before adding it to your bathwater. Or use an essential oil salt bath or bubble bath product.

In a humidifier: If you choose to add essential oils to your humidifier, check with the manufacturer’s directions. Some ultrasonic humidifier manufacturers do not recommend the use of essential oils. To use essential oils in a humidifier, add a few drops into the water tank. The oil will naturally vaporize throughout the room. For best results, use a cool mist and clean your humidifier regularly.

Difference between Isolate CBD, Broad Spectrum and Full Spectrum.

Depending on how much CBD with THC you consume, how often you consume it, your body weight and your diet, it’s possible for THC to accumulate in your body in as little as four to six days and trigger a positive drug test.  So it is very important that you check the source of your products because many employers, for a number of good reasons, drug test their employees. Jobs that require strict attention, such as truck drivers and those operating heavy machinery. Those in the medical field, people working with young children, police officers, firefighters, and airline pilots are just a few of those who should expect to be tested upon hire and through random drug testing.

Our company currently has 3 types of CBD oil products:

  • Full Spectrum
  • Broad Spectrum
  • Isolate CBD

Our CBD Isolate Tinctures are some of the most effective products on the market which is produced by removing all other compounds found in the plant including terpenes, flavonoids, plant parts, and other cannabinoids. These are available in three concentrations and have a delicious peppermint flavor. If you’re not satisfied, there’s a 60-day money back guarantee!

Full Spectrum CBD is an extract that contains all compounds found naturally occurring in the plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids with the trace amount of THC that meets all legal and federal requirements. The legal limit in the US is 0.3% and ours contains 0.03%-0.08%, so way below the legal limit. Our premium oils are available in three concentrations and three delicious flavors. We use a CO2 extraction process with Industrial Hemp grown on American Farms. Every batch we produce has a certificate of analysis so you can be confident that what’s on our label is in our bottle!

Broad spectrum CBD is a bit of a mix between Full Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate. Like Full Spectrum CBD, the other compounds found within the plant are preserved in the extract; however, like CBD Isolate, THC is completely removed.

Because Broad Spectrum contains multiple cannabinoids, it can deliver the enhanced benefits of the “entourage effect,” without the risk of psychoactive effects of THC.

QR Scanning is also available on each bottles so you know exactly what you are ingesting!

There’s absolutely no high or negative effects from all our products but it can cause a false positive on a drug test like taking various over the counter drugs or something like that. Companies can legally advertise these full-spectrum oils as “zero THC” because legally it’s below the limit of 0.3% BUT it’s not absolutely THC free. So you really need to check the source of your products if you don’t want to be in any trouble.

All our products are produced on American farms using Organic methods and is free of GMOs, synthetics, fillers, and other harmful ingredients.

Buy from a reputable company and from someone that really understands this industry and these products to make sure you know what you’re buying.

Click HERE to see our Hemp Seal Certificate

Usually, THC-free CBD is made by random raw materials from overseas, in a lab, and the CBD molecule then added synthetically to them. We are not synthetic and never will be so it’s what separates us from other companies.

HempWorx/My Daily Choice products are made from industrial hemp plants grown on American farms. Cannabidiol (CBD), a constituent that naturally occurs in industrial Hemp, is just one of over 85 cannabinoids that is identified in the cannabis plant. Our oil is CO2 extracted resulting in a solvent free, pure product.

We believe in 100% transparency with our customers and affiliates. Every batch of product we produce gets sent out for Third Party Testing before we pick, pack, and ship product to the end user. This is the MyDailyChoice and HempWorx commitment to you. A product you can count on each and every time.

How to pick a high quality CBD oil?

  • Check the ingredients, if there are more than 2 or 3 ingredients it is not good quality.
  • The extra ingredients are fillers to make the production of the product less expensive but it taints the quality of the CBD oil.
  • CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil hemp seed oil.

Hemp vs Marijuana

The primary difference between hemp and marijuana isn’t in the amount of all cannabinoids in a plant. It’s the amount of THC in the plant. CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are the most common cannabinoids found in cannabis products. THC and CBD are in both marijuana and hemp. Marijuana contains much more THC than hemp, while hemp has a lot of CBD.

Hemp is a term used to classify the varieties of cannabis that contains 0.3% or less THC. With hemp you can produce:

  • Food – hemp seeds and the oil.
  • Building materials
  • Bio fuel
  • Fibre
  • Paper
  • Soil purifications
  • Cordage
  • Body care products

Hemp seeds are a source of vegetarian/vegan protein. Hemp also has another multimillion-dollar application: CBD.

Marijuana is a term used to classify the varieties of cannabis that contains more than 0.3% THC. THC is the hallucinogen compound to get HIGH. Marijuana is used for entertainment and recreational purposes but also for medecine psychoactive.

Hemp is a female and produces seeds while Marijuana is a male and produces buds and flowers.

If marijuana is in a closed environment it won’t produce seeds. If you have a male and female plant in close range the pollen of the male, hemp will get in contact with the female, marijuana and it will produce seeds. These seeds cannot be smoked, people only smoke the flower or bud.

Here is a Facebook live I did, where you can see the different plants

Once you have seeds, you don’t know if the plant will be a Male or Female. Its a 50 50 percent chance. Once you plant the seed  you have to wait about 4 weeks in  a perfect environment of sunlight  and water to know whether it’ll be male or female.

The female, marijuana will take another 4 weeks to produce the flower, you will have to wait 2 more weeks to smoke it because it needs to dry and cure. To have good weed, you should have your plant in the correct light and temperature.

The male, hemp is less maintenance, you just let the plant grow, it is taller and skinnier than their marijuana counterparts.

Under US federal law, CBD derived from hemp is legal, while CBD derived from marijuana is not, despite the fact that hemp and marijuana are the same plant. Chemically, CBD extracted from hemp is exactly the same as CBD from marijuana plants.

HempWorx products are made from industrial hemp plants grown on American farms. Cannabidiol (CBD), a constituent that naturally occurs in industrial Hemp, is just one of over 85 cannabinoids that is identified in the cannabis plant. Our oil is CO2 extracted resulting in a solvent free, pure product.

The 7 tips On How To Gain Credibility

Building credibility is an essential component of keeping clients. Where there is trust, there is a growing and sustainable relationship. Trust and likeability are two keys of persuasion that are necessary when building a business online.

Credibility has nothing to do with success. It means others look at you as a reliable resource and decision maker. It allows those who rely on you to know they can count on you when they need you, trust you to make the right decisions, do business with you, and align with you.

If you have strong credibility and communicate it well, others will be eager to trust you and like you. However, if you don’t have credibility, others will wonder why they should choose your business and products over the others.

1. Honesty and integrity

  • Be yourself. Be unique. Tell the truth even if the truth is ugly. Better to be honest than to delude others, because then you are probably deluding yourself, too.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others and learn to be yourself– the principled person you are, standing tall for the values you believe in.
  • If there is something you don’t know, ask your upline or mentor.
  •  Be the person you would want to work with you.
  • By being honest and true to your words you will gain the respect of your team and audience.
  • You want transparency, so just be straightforward about the business and your goals.

2. Be genuine

  • Always help your team no matter what.
  • You need authenticity to cultivate credibility; when you’re trying to win trust, you can’t rely on the “fake it till you make it” approach
  •  fully understand the backgrounds, desires and needs of all your team members. Not everybody want to get successful and are happy to just purchase a product.
  • Your priority is to focus your energy and resources on only those tasks and assets that help you meet your goals

3. Take Actions

  •  Don’t give other people tasks that you don’t like, do the tasks to show that you know what you’re doing. It’ll earn you respect and credibility
  • Everything you do, say and think should be consistent ie. the messages you’re sending out, the actions you take. Credibility only happens when everything is consistent, from the inside out.
  • Your credibility grows when you opt for the best interests of those around you.

4. Competence

  • Be an expert of what you are doing.
  • Be confident in your capabilities so people know you are the one they can count on.
  • Know about your product and platform for when your team asks questions they are reassured that you are a good authority figure and leader that knows what they are doing.

5. Accountability

  • If you make a mistake, acknowledge it.
  •  If you don’t know something ask someone or look if up. It is better saying ”I don’t know” than something stupid that would end up losing respect from your team and audience.
  • If something is truly an honest mistake there is no reason not to own it, apologize, take accountability to fix it, and put safeguards in place to make sure it won’t happen again.

6. Trust

  • Trust is built over time as you follow through with the promises you make
  • Don’t be afraid to trust and delegate your team with tasks.
  • Delegate your responsibilities with your team, it shows that you have confidence and respect with your team which will make your team respect you.

The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions, the more credibility you will have.
Brian Koslow

7. Loyalty and respect

  • If you don’t accomplish what you are expected to do, explain why. Your team members will respect you for this.
  • Don’t change company every six months. Stick for at least 3-5 years
  • If you do change company, tell your team members why and reassure them it has nothing to do with them.
  •  Keep your team in the loop, if there is a problem with the company/products tell them
  • Praise and recognize your team members when things are going well, highlight achievements and allow the team to revel in their accomplishments

I hope these tips helped you and I wanted to conclude by this.

Act as a human. By demonstrating that you have made mistakes or have stumbled a bit throughout life, you indicate to your audience that you are relatable. They are also more likely to trust you because humans don’t believe in perfect, they will expect something hidden that will come later.

Always strive to improve yourself to become better today than you were yesterday, work to serve those around you and the world with the core conviction that is uniquely you.
