Building credibility is an essential component of keeping clients. Where there is trust, there is a growing and sustainable relationship. Trust and likeability are two keys of persuasion that are necessary when building a business online.
Credibility has nothing to do with success. It means others look at you as a reliable resource and decision maker. It allows those who rely on you to know they can count on you when they need you, trust you to make the right decisions, do business with you, and align with you.
If you have strong credibility and communicate it well, others will be eager to trust you and like you. However, if you don’t have credibility, others will wonder why they should choose your business and products over the others.
1. Honesty and integrity
Be yourself. Be unique. Tell the truth even if the truth is ugly. Better to be honest than to delude others, because then you are probably deluding yourself, too.
Stop comparing yourself to others and learn to be yourself– the principled person you are, standing tall for the values you believe in.
If there is something you don’t know, ask your upline or mentor.
Be the person you would want to work with you.
By being honest and true to your words you will gain the respect of your team and audience.
You want transparency, so just be straightforward about the business and your goals.
2. Be genuine
Always help your team no matter what.
You need authenticity to cultivate credibility; when you’re trying to win trust, you can’t rely on the “fake it till you make it” approach
fully understand the backgrounds, desires and needs of all your team members. Not everybody want to get successful and are happy to just purchase a product.
Your priority is to focus your energy and resources on only those tasks and assets that help you meet your goals
3. Take Actions
Don’t give other people tasks that you don’t like, do the tasks to show that you know what you’re doing. It’ll earn you respect and credibility
Everything you do, say and think should be consistent ie. the messages you’re sending out, the actions you take. Credibility only happens when everything is consistent, from the inside out.
Your credibility grows when you opt for the best interests of those around you.
Be an expert of what you are doing.
Be confident in your capabilities so people know you are the one they can count on.
Know about your product and platform for when your team asks questions they are reassured that you are a good authority figure and leader that knows what they are doing.
If you make a mistake, acknowledge it.
If you don’t know something ask someone or look if up. It is better saying ”I don’t know” than something stupid that would end up losing respect from your team and audience.
If something is truly an honest mistake there is no reason not to own it, apologize, take accountability to fix it, and put safeguards in place to make sure it won’t happen again.
Trust is built over time as you follow through with the promises you make
Don’t be afraid to trust and delegate your team with tasks.
Delegate your responsibilities with your team, it shows that you have confidence and respect with your team which will make your team respect you.
The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions, the more credibility you will have. Brian Koslow
7. Loyalty and respect
If you don’t accomplish what you are expected to do, explain why. Your team members will respect you for this.
Don’t change company every six months. Stick for at least 3-5 years
If you do change company, tell your team members why and reassure them it has nothing to do with them.
Keep your team in the loop, if there is a problem with the company/products tell them
Praise and recognize your team members when things are going well, highlight achievements and allow the team to revel in their accomplishments
I hope these tips helped you and I wanted to conclude by this.
Act as a human. By demonstrating that you have made mistakes or have stumbled a bit throughout life, you indicate to your audience that you are relatable. They are also more likely to trust you because humans don’t believe in perfect, they will expect something hidden that will come later.
Always strive to improve yourself to become better today than you were yesterday, work to serve those around you and the world with the core conviction that is uniquely you.

To develop a recruiting mindset, you need to have daily positive habits that will make an immediate difference in your lifestyle and help you reach your goals. They add a sense of reliability to your day so no matter how many risks you take, your habits will always be there to depend on. You want to work with focus and balance and stay away from stress, fear and worry.
1- Remove yourself from gossip and negativity.
Seek relationship with like-minded people and positive, smart people. If a other person insists on involving you in the gossip, make it clear that you don’t feel comfortable with this situation. It’s up to you to draw the line and explain to the other person that you don’t like gossiping or basing your work relationships on rumors. Get your facts straight and if you need to avoid some people to evolve in your life and reach your goals, don’t hesitate because at the end of the day you are the master of your life, and you are the one paying your bills. Offer to resolve the problem!
2- Consciously choose to replace your negative emotions to positive thoughts.
Switch the “I can’t” to “I can” and “I won’t” to “I will”. When you start having negative emotions, stop yourself straight away, choose to live in a state of mindfulness. Do some meditations, write a personal journal where you can write your intentions, your affirmations, your gratitude. Don’t play the victim, you create your life so take your responsibility. Creativity can feel like a release. When you put your emotions through an art form, you get them out of your system and clear them out. Don’t take anything for granted anymore. Sometimes the good things in our lives are right in front of our faces and we still fail to see them.
3- Do some form of exercise.
15 mins of exercise is enough to release the endorphins, serotonin and other happy chemicals in your brain. It trains the brain to believe that your “behavior matters” which then carries positivity in all your activities during the day. Take a walk alone away from your usual atmosphere. Head somewhere uplifting like a park or museum. The time spent distancing yourself from those negative influences can bring you great peace of mind. You can also do some gardening, it is very relaxing and you’ll enjoy the things you are creating.
Life is a marathon, not a sprint.
4- Focus on what matters the most
Sometimes in the daily grind, we lose focus on all the ways things that are going right in our lives. We have to learn to say NO sometimes and also take time to meditate, read, sleep. Simply say so — you can compliment the idea, the project, the person, the organization … but say that it’s not the right fit, or it’s not what you’re looking for at this time. If you are constantly stressed and overwhelmed, you need to stop pushing yourself or you’ll crash and burn out. Once you know exactly the new skills you want to learn, practice a lot because you’ll get more confident and you will thrive to your path to greatness.
5- Find a mentor or a coach that will teach you and guide you
They went through all these feelings and they will help you to overcome fear and stress. Having someone who practically guides you and shares your worries with you — often placating your fears with their years of experience — keeps you reassured that you’ll be successful. The valuable connections, timely advice, occasional checks — together with the spiritual and moral guidance you will gain from having a mentor — will literarily leapfrog you to success. Mentorship is one guaranteed way to gain experience from others
Elimination of negative thoughts and becoming positive takes time so be patient and practice, practice. Don’t forget you are the sum of the five people with whom you spend the most time. Look around and choose wisely your surroundings. Your business and your success will depend on the people you have around you. Plan the day before so you know your tasks and you are not stressed out.
Hope you got value, and I would love to hear from you.
I got introduced to Kombucha not long ago. I got sick and had to take 2 rounds of antibiotics and if you know me well I don’t like taking medicines so I checked what I could do to cleanse my liver. Antibiotics help fighting infection but also harm good bacteria in your body.
What is Kombucha?
Known as the “Immortal Health Elixir” by the Chinese and originating in the Far East around 2,000 years ago, Kombucha is a beverage with huge health benefits extending to your heart, your brain and especially your gut.
Kombucha is a traditional fermented drink made of black tea and sugar and contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Kombucha also contains antioxidants, can kill harmful bacteria and may help fight several diseases
How is it made?
Kombucha is a sweetened tea that is fermented with a SCOBY (a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) to become a nutrient-rich beverage. SCOBY is a collection of microbes responsible for turning sweet tea into a probiotic beverage. Essentially, it is a living colony of beneficial organisms that turn sugar into healthful acids and probiotics.
I know it doesn’t look very appetizing
The fermentation process takes 7-12 days depending on temperature and the strength of the SCOBY. Once fermented, Kombucha becomes slightly effervescent, with a vinegary smell and tart taste
If properly taken care of, a SCOBY can last for many years as it is the parent culture that creates the tea. SCOBYs are often called “Mushrooms” and are the reason Kombucha is sometimes called “Mushroom Tea.”
Kombucha has a high concentration of beneficial enzymes and acids, including Gluconacetobacter, Lactobacillus, Zygosaccharomyces and Acetobacter that helps fighting against liver diseases:
Improve digestion: It can provide relief from problems like IBS, diarrhea, and constipation. Stress, alcohol abuse and antibiotics can contribute of loss of gut bacteria.
Boost the immune system: Probiotics can strengthen our natural defenses against harmful microbes and some forms of illnesses.
Help with joint pain and arthritis: Kombucha help preserve collagen so it can assist with healing, repairing, and preventing joint damage
Help maintain healthy diabetes and cholesterol
Increase energy: It contains iron that may increase hemoglobin in the blood, thereby enhancing oxygen flow.
Improved mood: Kombucha contains B vitamins (mainty B1, B6, B12) that may help battle depression, stabilize mood, and enhance concentration
Weight loss: When consumed before meal, Kombucha increase metabolism like the apple cider vinegar.
To avoid any negative side effects, it’s recommended that you start by drinking very small amounts of kombucha and work your way to larger quantities.
How do you get Kombucha?
Kombucha has gained popularity and is now available in many stores. You can either buy it or start making your own brewage like I do.
If you decide to make it yourself, you can find a SCOBY disk in health food stores or online for relatively inexpensive amounts or get it from someone you know.

You need to stop eating too many process food, sugar, sodas, alcohol but instead eating more vegetables and fruits to help to maintain an alkaline state.
Pollution has a huge impact on the body and causes many chronic diseases. The effects of air pollution vary according to each person’s level of sensitivity.
Toxicity is not only about your food intake or pollution but also your environment, the people you spend time with. Negative people will bring you down and should be removed from your life. Remember, we are the average of the five people we hang with most. The reason being is because we are products of our environment. Focusing on the negativity in life is making people feel depressed. Surround yourself with positive people that will encourage you to fulfill your dreams.
(Little tip: stop watching the news, and I guarantee you, you will feel much better)
2- Connect more with Nature
It has been proven that connecting with nature could improve our health, happiness, and well-being. Being in nature reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, but it also plays a part in your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
Hiking has many psychological benefits and impact on our brains and behavior which will help reduce anxiety, stress and increase our attention, capacity, creativity and our ability to connect with people.
Going to the beach as well will bring you many benefits, Sea air is stocked with healthy negative ions which accelerate the ability to absorb oxygen which will relax your mind and help you to get better sleep. The sand is a natural exfoliant, you can take that opportunity to shed dead skin on your body.
Nature sounds such as seaside waves, a crackling fireplace, crickets during a summer night or the gentle sound of water are very powerful sounds to create a calm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Nature sounds help to sleep better, longer and more peacefully. These noises are very helpful to fall asleep or while sleeping, and they can actually lead to better relaxation and enhanced sleep quality.
3- Do something other than work ~ Pick up a hobby or work on something you are passionate about
Routine kills people and relationships. If all you do is wake up, work, home, dinner and sleep; you are going to start feeling as if you are drowning. As for mums or dads at home that are minding children and staying home most of the time, this is crucial that you have something else other than your daily activities. You need to get out and find something else to do with adults.
Put some sparkles in your life, and having a passion or an interest outside family life, or work is going to make you feel more satisfied. A hobby may be just the activity you need to enhance your life. It can even stop mental health problems like depression, anxiety, and stress. Having a physical activity also is another way to improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases. Make sure your workout time is adding to your self-esteem and your self-care.
Exercising helps depression and may block negative thoughts. Exercising with others provides an opportunity for increased social contact. It will lift your mood and improve your sleep patterns.
So what to do? You could prepare a vacation and involve your family. Or have a side project that you can do during your spare time. Maybe there’s something you’ve always wanted to do, like learning to garden or play an instrument. Maybe there’s something you used to love that you’ve stopped doing. Perhaps you could reach out to a new organization: a community association, a sports club, or book club. So many things to do! Just take time for yourself!
4- Find your spirituality
Spirituality is a highly personal matter and will likely result in different outcomes. This journey is going to look different for every single one of us.
You can find your spiritual path and finding happiness through different religions, beliefs or meditation. Everyone is on the same journey but we are all taking different roads to get there. There is no right or wrong way to do it and everybody can choose who they want to call their “Creator”.
One of the most beautiful aspects of spirituality is that it can be experienced differently by everyone. For some people, spirituality is about devotion to religious faith. Others seek out a more personal connection with their spiritual side by engaging in activities such as yoga, meditation, spending time in nature or creative expression. Some keep a gratitude journal, where they can write down the positive people, events and things they are thankful for.
Keep seeking for your greatest you. You are unique and you will find happiness once you find your spiritual journey. Discovering your spirituality is discovering what you believe in. No one can tell you what to believe in. It is something you will have to find for yourself.
Spirituality is fearlessness. It is a way of looking boldly at this life we have been given, here, now, on earth, as this human being.

Animal studies have found that chia seeds may improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control, stabilizing blood sugar levels after meals. Also a few human studies support this by showing that eating bread that contains chia seeds lowers the post-meal rise in blood sugar compared to bread that doesn’t include any chia seeds.
Chia seeds are among the top plant-based protein which helps you build muscle and lose weight. Are you using Chia seeds? And how do you like to take them?
The scientific name of yarrow is Achillea millefolium. Yarrow is grown in downy perennial of pastures, roadsides and waste places, from June until November. It belongs to the family Asteraceae. Yarrow was also known as herbal militaris for its use in stopping the flow of blood from injuries. Yarrow is in myth and legend; it is a plant that many cultures of the world have used and revered. Achillea millefolium was named in honor of the Greek god Achilles; who according to legend, used this herb extensively for wound staunching on the battlefield.
Description of Yarrow
Yarrow carries numerous flower heads in 6-10cm flat-topped umbel like clusters to 50cm high. The untrained eye could initially mistake yarrow’s flowering structure for an umbel, and place yarrow in the carrot family. Each flower is comprised of a yellow-cream disc florets and pink-white ray florets. The leaves of this plant are very beautiful, millefolium which means thousand leaf, dark green and feathery, with numerous very fine slightly jumbled leaflets. Wispy, feathery foliage, which seemingly resembles the wild carrot. Yarrow’s leaves, with their thin and finely divided lobes, gave rise to its other common names; ‘milfoil’ and ‘thousand leaf’.
Benefits of yarrow
Yarrow is commonly used for diarrhea, gas, asthma, colds, runny nose, arthritis, wounds, skin healing, liver disorders, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
The volatile oil constituents, such as cineole, have anti septic qualities, while azulene, responsible for the blue colour of the essential oil, not only reduces inflammation, but stimulates the formulation of tissue for wound healing. The flowers taste bitter, and have a characteristic medicinal odour. Yarrow has creamy white ray-florets, delicately framing the orange-tinted, central disk-florets, but pink strains of yarrow will frequently be seen. Five or six florets are typically found in each individual flower head.
Be careful when taking Yarrow it can be dangerous, ensure you consult your doctor before use.
Harvest and Growth
Leaves: Spring – when young.
Flowers: From July – September, just when opening
New growth will re-emerge from its creeping and steadily spreading rhizomes in early Spring (march). The root system means we usually find the plant growing as dense mats. The basal leaves are sometimes quite large and sprawling, always on long leafstalk, and initially grow in a rosette. When coming into flower, the stem leaves become shorter, sessile, and alternately spaced.
The flowers start blooming from June, with furrowed, flowering stems, typically reaching heights of 60-70cm. If you look closely from below, you will see numerous flower stalks clustered together high up on the stem, you will also see how they do not all originate from a central point on the stem, as per umbelliferous plants.
Yarrow grows in a range of habitats, throughout Britain and Ireland, except for areas which are permanently waterlogged, or on soils that are strongly acidic. It populates waysides, pastures, grassy places, hedgerows, and waste-ground, in town or country, throughout the land. It is a lover of temperate climates, you can almost always easily find yarrow in Britain, even at altitudes of up to around 1100 metres. While on the coast, look in fields by the dunes and stabilised shingle. It thrives in harsh conditions without losing a fresh look of vitality. This becomes especially noticeable during droughts, when its dark green foliage stands out from brown and withered neighboring plants.
