Many people want to change their lives but they are scared of moving forward, they are scared of having to learn new skills, they are scared of what others think, and I can go on with the list…..

When we start something new in our life, we tend to see only the past and failure and we forget to see our true vision and our goals. You will only achieve your objective if you REALLY want it and send the right signal to the Universe. Some people were in much tougher situation than you and they did get results so why not you?

You need to stop being the victim or putting the fault to others… Everything you have in your mind, is Yours and nobody else. Change your Mindset

If you really want to succeed, you need to work for it and take responsibility of your actions. It is only when you will empower yourself that you will move forward and get the results expected.

When you think of doing something new to improve your life, don’t think of Someday I will…. that is not the signal you want to send; because someday will be Never… you will never move forward thinking this way.

DO IT RIGHT AWAY….

You’ll never find a right timing but only excuses. You need to change your mindset and DO IT.

Thoughts that could stop YOU to achieve success in your business.

Wanting success and achieving it are two completely different things. You need to change your mindset and think of these pointers below and react to it if you want to achieve your goal.

  • Blaming others; you need to keep the right attitude and stop blaming others if you can’t achieve what you want. You are the master of your life so if you can’t do something ask for help and work for it. If you have a problem it is your responsibility to do what you need to do to change it. Take some alone time and review your situation.
  • Thinking that you know everything; we have a tendency to see ourselves different that what others see. See yourself objectively and embrace your failings, listen to criticize and reverse your projections. We should always learn new thing, nobody knows everything. You need to be humble and respect others. This way you’ll attract the right people and grow your business.

  • Stop training; self-growth is key to develop your activity and have a successful career. If you stop training you won’t be up to date. Even the big earners are always doing some workshops, going to events. So make sure you always invest in yourself, develop new skills, attend conferences or participate to webinars. You need to expand your knowledge and share it to your team. Investing in your personal and professional growth should be a priority.

  • Think you are entitle to get rich; this feeling or belief that you deserve to be rich is not the right attitude to have when you want to build a long term business. NOBODY is entitle to anything. You have to work hard, be consistent and patient. Nothing happen overnight and if you come across as a person who care only about its own desires and needs, you are not going to build your team. You might fool some people at the start but they will see through your behavior and selfishness.
  • Continue to find excuses; we often make excuses because we don’t want to do something. Again we have to change our MINDSET. Instead of coming up with an excuse so you don’t do what you need to do to get better, FIND a reason why you should do it.

The 7 tips On How To Gain Credibility

Building credibility is an essential component of keeping clients. Where there is trust, there is a growing and sustainable relationship. Trust and likeability are two keys of persuasion that are necessary when building a business online.

Credibility has nothing to do with success. It means others look at you as a reliable resource and decision maker. It allows those who rely on you to know they can count on you when they need you, trust you to make the right decisions, do business with you, and align with you.

If you have strong credibility and communicate it well, others will be eager to trust you and like you. However, if you don’t have credibility, others will wonder why they should choose your business and products over the others.

1. Honesty and integrity

  • Be yourself. Be unique. Tell the truth even if the truth is ugly. Better to be honest than to delude others, because then you are probably deluding yourself, too.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others and learn to be yourself– the principled person you are, standing tall for the values you believe in.
  • If there is something you don’t know, ask your upline or mentor.
  •  Be the person you would want to work with you.
  • By being honest and true to your words you will gain the respect of your team and audience.
  • You want transparency, so just be straightforward about the business and your goals.

2. Be genuine

  • Always help your team no matter what.
  • You need authenticity to cultivate credibility; when you’re trying to win trust, you can’t rely on the “fake it till you make it” approach
  •  fully understand the backgrounds, desires and needs of all your team members. Not everybody want to get successful and are happy to just purchase a product.
  • Your priority is to focus your energy and resources on only those tasks and assets that help you meet your goals

3. Take Actions

  •  Don’t give other people tasks that you don’t like, do the tasks to show that you know what you’re doing. It’ll earn you respect and credibility  
  • Everything you do, say and think should be consistent ie. the messages you’re sending out, the actions you take. Credibility only happens when everything is consistent, from the inside out.
  • Your credibility grows when you opt for the best interests of those around you.

4. Competence

  • Be an expert of what you are doing.
  • Be confident in your capabilities so people know you are the one they can count on.
  • Know about your product and platform for when your team asks questions they are reassured that you are a good authority figure and leader that knows what they are doing.

5. Accountability

  • If you make a mistake, acknowledge it.
  •  If you don’t know something ask someone or look if up. It is better saying ”I don’t know” than something stupid that would end up losing respect from your team and audience.  
  • If something is truly an honest mistake there is no reason not to own it, apologize, take accountability to fix it, and put safeguards in place to make sure it won’t happen again.

6. Trust

  • Trust is built over time as you follow through with the promises you make
  • Don’t be afraid to trust and delegate your team with tasks.
  • Delegate your responsibilities with your team, it shows that you have confidence and respect with your team which will make your team respect you.

The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions, the more credibility you will have.

7. Loyalty and respect

  • If you don’t accomplish what you are expected to do, explain why. Your team members will respect you for this.
  • Don’t change company every six months. Stick for at least 3-5 years
  • If you do change company, tell your team members why and reassure them it has nothing to do with them.
  •  Keep your team in the loop, if there is a problem with the company/products tell them
  • Praise and recognize your team members when things are going well, highlight achievements and allow the team to revel in their accomplishments

Act as a human. By demonstrating that you have made mistakes or have stumbled a bit throughout life, you indicate to your audience that you are relatable. They are also more likely to trust you because humans don’t believe in perfect, they will expect something hidden that will come later.

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Step 7 Your beliefs

One of the most powerful single factor in your success is your belief about yourself, about the company, about your industry. Whatever you intensely believe becomes your reality.

Lack of belief is shown when blaming others for your failure, your challenges. It is never your fault, it is your upline’s fault, your company’s fault, the compensation plan is too complicated, it is binary and that is why you don’t make money in Network Marketing.  You will always find excuses !

To build and create the success you want for you and for your family, you need to change the belief in yourself, you need to find the willpower in you. Willpower is based on confidence, conviction, faith and on your ability to achieve you what you put your mind into. To develop willpower, you need to be persistent and work on your goals – reading books, listening to audio, watching some trainings. Also read some biographies of successful people or listen to their stories and  you will understand that most top earners have been through a lot before they got successful. It will inspire to push you through the obstacles and difficulties you will experience.

Too many people think that they are not good enough, not slim enough, not educate enough and the list can go on..

Your mind can be your biggest asset or your worse enemy.

Self-mastery, self-control, self-discipline are essential for anyone who wants to achieve their goals. The more you practice thinking and talking about what you desire the most and the more you will start seeing signs and people that will help you to achieve your dreams. Repeat to yourself the words, pictures and thoughts consistent with your dreams and goals. Think bigger, faster and out of the box. 

Don’t create a lifestyle of mediocrity; if you want something bad , you will find a solution even if you have people around you that are negative, that don’t believe in you. Don’t get caught with what people might think.

You need to have a plan: maintain focus on your personal progress, keep a journal and write your goals, your intention, your affirmations, your gratitude. Each time you achieve a goal, even small, celebrate it to keep you motivated.

Do not compare yourself to others. You are unique, authentic and beautiful. Your followers want to do business with YOU because you are different and you share great content and bring value; they are attracted by your story and not someone else.

You need also to believe in your company, your product and industry. Never apologize to be part of Network Marketing. Explain to them that it is no pyramid scheme 🙂  Also very important, be the product of the product and share it to the world.

  • I am a leader
  • I am an achiever

With effort and time, you can change your beliefs and develop a mental strength to overcome the self-limiting beliefs that prevent you from reaching your full potential.

When people are living from passion they tend to be fulfilled, happy, healthy and love everyone around them. The passionate entrepreneurs are driven by more than just money but by living a fulfilled life.

Enthusiasm and passion go together, it is a divine energy that will help you pursuit your dreams and stay focus to follow your path. The difference between those who push through difficult times and those who do not is passion.

There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Step 5 Being Organized and Prepared

If you ever find that you feel stuck, overwhelmed or you don’t want to do it anymore, the cause is normally that you are not organized and you don’t know what to do with all the informations your company or service sent you.

You want to get organized in your mind first. That is why it is very important to plan your week and have a DMO (Daily Method of Operation). Being organized with your Multilevel Marketing opportunity will allow you to achieve in a few hours what someone achieves in a whole day’s work with overtime! This is why it is said that some people live three life times in one life.

1-  Follow the 80/20 rule

The 80/20 rule is a important factor in all organization and success. What this rule states is that 20% of your work produces 80% of your results, and vice versa 80% of your work produces 20% of your results. Engage with people daily!

2- Brochure and Business Card

When you are out always keep your card or brochure with you, in your car. You don’t know who you might meet. And with the digital world, more and more companies have an app with all the resources that you can send easily to people you meet. Don’t be shy!!

3- Measure your time

By measuring your time in 30 minute intervals, you will find out what you have been doing during that time. This is a great way to keep on track as sometimes we might become distracted and without measuring we would think that we have been productive. Start your day with the task you don’t like doing and is important for your business.

4- Prepare everything on File

When you are promoting your business to your cold market, be ready to answer the questions, and have your link in a folder easy to find, or use your app (easier to follow up).  You can write a short description with your own words about your opportunity, your product or service. Don’t use a script from the company. You can either use a spreadsheet or use a notebook

5- Use your time wisely with email 

Creating rules for messages helps keep our attention where it needs to be focused. If we get emails from the same source and we want to keep this correspondence we create a folder, move the emails to that folder. You can create also an email for each of your business.

6- Work Smart

During day time, use it to call your prospects and respond to emails in the evening or early morning. When people put their names on a funnel and stated a time and day to call them, have a calendar and write it down, it looks very professional and personal to call your followers at the right day and right time.

7- Use App or software

To do my pictures, I have “Word Swag” on my phone and “Canva Pro” on the computer (highly recommended and not expensive). To get free copyright pictures, you can use Pixabay/freeimages. Whatever App or software you decide to use,  just stick with it, practice and you’ll do your pics in no time.

8- Schedule and automate

You can schedule your post on Facebook for free, or you can use some social media management platform like Buffer to schedule your post on different social media. If you have an app from your business like I have, it is a great tool to remind you the follow-ups. You can also reuse some of your posts to gain time.

Lack of organization can slow you down and make you procrastinate more. You need action steps and accountability. Get rid of the clutter, get the tools you need, and get your mindset in place. With these few components, there is no stopping you! Just do it and make it happen!

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Step 4 Daily Positive Habits

To develop a recruiting mindset, you need to have daily positive habits that will make an immediate difference in your lifestyle and help you reach your goals. They add a sense of reliability to your day so no matter how many risks you take, your habits will always be there to depend on. You want to work with focus and balance and stay away from stress, fear and worry.

1- Remove yourself from gossip and negativity.

Seek relationship with like-minded people and positive, smart people. If a other person insists on involving you in the gossip, make it clear that you don’t feel comfortable with this situation. It’s up to you to draw the line and explain to the other person that you don’t like gossiping or basing your work relationships on rumors. Get your facts straight and if you need to avoid some people to evolve in your life and reach your goals, don’t hesitate because at the end of the day you are the master of your life, and you are the one paying your bills. Offer to resolve the problem!

2- Consciously choose to replace your negative emotions to positive thoughts.

Switch the “I can’t”  to   “I can”  and “I won’t”  to  “I will”. When you start having negative emotions, stop yourself straight away, choose to live in a state of mindfulness. Do some meditations, write a personal journal where you can write your intentions, your affirmations, your gratitude. Don’t play the victim, you create your life so take your responsibility. Creativity can feel like a release.  When you put your emotions through an art form, you get them out of your system and clear them out. Don’t take anything for granted anymore.  Sometimes the good things in our lives are right in front of our faces and we still fail to see them.

3- Do some form of exercise.

15 mins of exercise is enough to release the endorphins, serotonin and other happy chemicals in your brain. It trains the brain to believe that your “behavior matters” which then carries positivity in all your activities during the day. Take a walk alone away from your usual atmosphere.  Head somewhere uplifting like a park or museum. The time spent distancing yourself from those negative influences can bring you great peace of mind. You can also do some gardening, it is very relaxing and you’ll enjoy the things you are creating.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint.

4- Focus on what matters the most

Sometimes in the daily grind, we lose focus on all the ways things that are going right in our lives. We have to learn to say NO sometimes and also take time to meditate, read, sleep. Simply say so — you can compliment the idea, the project, the person, the organization … but say that it’s not the right fit, or it’s not what you’re looking for at this time. If you are constantly stressed and overwhelmed, you need to stop pushing yourself or you’ll crash and burn out. Once you know exactly the new skills you want to learn, practice a lot because you’ll get more confident and you will thrive to your path to greatness.

5- Find a mentor or a coach that will teach you and guide you

They went through all these feelings and they will help you to overcome fear and stress. Having someone who practically guides you and shares your worries with you — often placating your fears with their years of experience — keeps you reassured that you’ll be successful. The valuable connections, timely advice, occasional checks — together with the spiritual and moral guidance you will gain from having a mentor — will literarily leapfrog you to success. Mentorship is one guaranteed way to gain experience from others

Elimination of negative thoughts and becoming positive takes time so be patient and practice, practice. Don’t forget you are the sum of the five people with whom you spend the most time. Look around and choose wisely your surroundings. Your business and your success will depend on the people you have around you. Plan the day before so you know your tasks and you are not stressed out.

Developing relationships is not just important, it is absolutely mandatory if you want your MLM Network Marketing business to succeed. When you build relationship, you are growing your business. So why you should develop relationship?

1- People do business with people which means that if you not building rapport with your followers, you are not going to attract the right people to your business. When you decide to be part of a MLM or affiliate program, you need to recruit people to join your downline and your network. People need to trust you before they join your company. Don’t forget people join people and not companies. Building relationship is the foundation of MLM network marketing business.

2- Relationships are important to your group’s retention and retention keeps your business stable and ready for more growth. The average retention is 80% so only 2 persons out of 10 are going to stay in your business. You want to keep your downline happy, for that you need duplication. You want to show leadership training them well or pointing them to the right direction. Get to know the people you bring into your home based business. Keep in mind that people are worthy of personal attention and respect. Be of great value to them by sharing your time and knowledge. By helping others your business will flourish.

3- Helping others will benefit you because they will use duplication and grow your network. It is also going to benefit you to grow as a leader, you will gain more confidence, you are going to share your experience, your readings, your failure… All of that will change your mindset and you will be seen as an expert in your field.

So how are you going to keep your team happy?

  • You need a group and try to communicate each day.. watch the video where i give you more details. You can use a Facebook Live with another member sharing experience and so on
  • Send regular broadcast email
  • Send birthday messages
  • Make your members feel special, remember their names and congratulate them even when they have some wins, for example if they do their first Facebook live or if they get their first distributors
  • Always overdeliver, you can send them a free PDF or a free ebook
  • Communicate with your followers and understand their why, their hopes, their dreams and show a genuine interest. Treat them as human being and not just as numbers

In conclusion, don’t think building relationship is a waste of time, it is much cheaper to keep current followers than getting new followers all the time. Don’t forget your downline!

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Step 2 Get a Daily Routine

When you start your day, you need to take your time in the morning to center yourself and get motivated. What I do is taking 30 min in the morning after i wake up to visualize what I want to achieve, do some meditation and concentrate on my different task I have to do that day. You can then go to the gym, or go for a run and get a good breakfast. You need energy to be able to work and get your concentration all day.

Once you have your morning ritual done, you need to focus on Income Producing Activities. That should be your main focus, which are prospecting, setting appointments, inviting, following up, doing some presentation and closing.

You goal setting + Massive Action = Results

The mistake we all do when we start with a new business, or new product, we want to know everything about it. We want to know the science behind the product, the compensation plan scrutinized, ..

Well what you need is to start making money and not putting too much energy on non productive task.

1-  Host a webinar or do a Facebook Live to bring value to your audience with new content. People want to connect with you, don’t stay behind your computer all day ! You have to remember to give at the start of the video and at the end, your call to action which could be your website with your product or your service, or a link for an ebook, ….

2- Follow up is very important by phone or email or now you can use voice messenger. Nowadays, prospects like to hear your voice and they will feel special.

Little stat: 90% of sales occurred because you followed up with someone.

3- You can send automated email using aweber if you want like I do, and then from time to time send a broadcast with a new blog or video or something you want to share with your list. Make it as personal as you can.

How to develop a recruiting mindset ~ Step 1 Make a decision

Making the right decision is not as easy as we think.

Depending the decision you are making, you can become happy, wealthy, healthy or your world can turn upside down. You need to trust the process because fear, hesitation, doubt, anxiety and uncertainty will only leave you with regrets. Dig deep in yourself to see what works and find the answers within.

Desire is the fire, and your dreams must be bigger than fear. Clear your mind so you can take that inspiration and turn it into steps to meet your goal. Find new surroundings, find the leader you admire and do the same but with your own personality and authenticity. Clear away the distractions and focus on yourself. Ask around, talk to your friends and family about your project, sometimes it just takes a different perspective. Say it aloud to the Universe or Pray. Whatever is your belief, say it clear enough so you are heard!

  • Accept your contradictions and challenges

Each time you have a conflict within yourself, write down the Pros and the Cons. Don’t wait that everything is perfect, otherwise it will never be the right time.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect.

You have to accept that you can be happy from outside but lost from inside; you can feel content but restless at the same time. Recognize that your thoughts represent just one possible way to perceive your circumstances. Write down all the great things in your life and decide to throw away any negative, self-limiting thoughts. It’s your choice how you see your life, so see it as a beautiful gift and take on each day with love in your heart and a smile on your face.

  •  Go one step at a time

Like a child when he learns how to walk or to ride a bicycle, he might fall several times but not walking or not riding is an option! Keep that in mind when you want to give up on your dream. This is where your “Why” is important. Having a routine, a weekly activity goal is a must if you want to build a profitable business. You need to be consistent and patient. I like to take 2 hours on Sunday to write my activity goals and plan my week.

  • Take some break

Your brain needs fuel, and rest is part of this fuel. You cannot work 24/7. Spend time with your family and friends at least 1 day a week. I like to do it on Saturday afternoon and Sunday Morning. You would be surprised to see that a weekend well spend will give you great content and creativity the week after

We all want to feel moved, and then to use that to create love, joy, passion, and purpose. and i hope these 4 points will help you dig deep in your unconscious while conserving clear thoughts to achieve your goals.
