🔹 Focus on your own story and journey, most people don’t show their problems or flaws, so don’t believe everything you see.
🔹 Surround yourself with positive people, persons you admire, persons that will lift you up.
🔹 Don’t prioritize the opinions of others that make you feel guilty, like your family or friends telling you, you are doing it wrong or it won’t work out! Think for yourself and start putting your needs first because you are worth it!
🔹Fuel your body with the right nutrients and do some exercises. If you feel good internally, you will feel good from the outside. Stop making excuses!
