
✋ Don’t throw out those overripe bananas. 🍌Try these mouthwatering Gluten-Free CBD Banana Hazelnut Muffins! They’re perfect for breakfast to-go in the morning or an after-dinner treat.
Makes about 2 dozen muffins
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 HempWorx Hazelnut Coffee Creamer Sticks
- 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the eggs, sugar and creamer. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, oil and cinnamon. Stir in the flour mixture, one third at a time, until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts or pecans (optional). Pour the batter into lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes and enjoy! 🤤
