7 Steps to Happiness

Yesterday I listened to Les Brown, I saw him live a few years ago and I still love listening to his speech. This is why today I made this post.

Happiness is a skill you can learn and practice the rest of your life. It is very easy to be influenced by your emotions and very hard to calm yourself if you feel overwhelmed or out of control of a situation. 😎

👉 Doing some meditation regularly will help you during stressful time. 
👉 Stop filling your head with angry images or stories about the cause and who is to blame for your unwanted pain.
👉 Instead of walking away to cool off, face the stress and visualize a calming image or situation
👉 If you are in a situation where you have a stranger in front of you, instead of retaliating impulsively and getting into a heated argument, remember that you can either leave this unstable mess as it is or you can add more fuel to the fire and make it bigger than it already is. Be the clever person in that situation. I know easy to say when you want to strangle them 😂

Remember one thing
You have the power to make a choice. Never, ever give that power away. Don’t waste your precious energy on things that accomplish absolutely nothing. 💪😎
