New Month New Mindset

Do you know that approximatively 80% of New Years Resolutions fail by the second week of February! 💥

The pressure of New Year’s resolutions is either incorporated itself into healthy habits or dropped by the wayside. 🤔

Most people don’t stick to it because they don’t get immediate rewards from their new habits. They make commitments based on other people’s expectations and don’t have the right mindset 😎

If you are nearly giving up on your resolutions, these little tips might help stick to them:

👉 Keep yourself focused,
👉 stay away from non-committal words, and start with a small plan 
👉 Change one behavior at a time 
👉 Talk about it, you’ll be surprised with the support you’ll get 
👉 Don’t beat yourself up if you slip a little bit, just get back to it
👉 Make notes of your progress, this is very encouraging!
👉 Frame them in a way that you’ll enjoy doing it.
👉 And most important, reward yourself each step of the way
