Wake up with positive intentions

Intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. 😎

The best time to plant you intention is during the period after meditation, while your awareness remains centered in the quiet field of all possibilities. 🌸

🔹 Make a list of your desires, keep it with you and read over it before you start your day, before you go to bed, before and after your meditation
🔹 Release the list into the universe and trust that when things goes sideways it is for a reason ~ no negativity 😉
🔹 Remind yourself to practice present moment awareness to all actions and refuse any obstacles to bring you down, and get into any negativity
