Wake up with positive intentions

Intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

The best time to plant you intention is during the period after meditation, while your awareness remains centered in the quiet field of all possibilities. ๐ŸŒธ

๐Ÿ”น Make a list of your desires, keep it with you and read over it before you start your day, before you go to bed, before and after your meditation
๐Ÿ”น Release the list into the universe and trust that when things goes sideways it is for a reason ~ no negativity ๐Ÿ˜‰
๐Ÿ”น Remind yourself to practice present moment awareness to all actions and refuse any obstacles to bring you down, and get into any negativity
