How top earners think and what they do differently

4 Steps to think like a top earner and work differently!

Achieving your goal doesn’t happen without Focus, Determination, Perseverance, Patience and Hard Work.

If you want to be part of this elite group, you need to change your Mindset, your habit. Our mindset dictates what we believe to be possible both in life and business. Habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. If you change these behaviors, it will be what will set YOU apart from the ordinary folks who just work their 9-5 jobs.

I am going to give you some key points that will change you in becoming Top Earners if you believe and follow the steps;

1- Positive-strong mindset

Make it a priority to have the right mindset for expansive thinking and explosive business growth. Evaluate objectively  your mistakes and apply lessons learned to future projects. Mindset is the foundation of everything, positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. Get over negative Self talk: I will and I can should be only in your vocabularies.

Steve Siebold, author of “How Rich People Think,” spent nearly three decades interviewing millionaires around the world to find out what separates them from everyone else.

“The masses love the lottery because deep down they believe it’s their only chance to get rich. The fact is, they’re probably right. Not because they’re not capable, but because they don’t have faith in their own abilities, and their beliefs about money limit their financial success.”

2- Surround yourself with positive and like-minded people

Wealthy people don’t want to mix with average people. Their goal is to develop and foster relationships with other success minded individuals. They value others ideas, and as entrepreneurs, we should constantly be asking questions about ourselves and our business.  People who ask questions may provide a different angle on an issue or an idea, and these questions could ultimately lead to an important breakthrough for you or your business. Perspective is everything. Expose yourself with different people, different ideas.

You want to attract the right people so be the person you want to attract. Shape your thought and reject popular thinking. Gossiping is not something top earners do ! Keeps your “childlike wonderment alive.” As we mature into adults many of us lose our curiosity, our willingness to take risks and our passion for exploration.

3- Commit to your goals

Most successful people won’t stop until they achieve their goal. They have a financial plan and strategic action and nothing will stop them. You must set daily goals, strive for consistency, act on small improvement toward your major goal. Persist until you achieve it, work hard and take responsibility. Learn to embrace risk and if needed take some loans to start a new business, but don’t take thoughtless risks. Think things through and evaluate your options. Research and gain the knowledge you need to make an informed decision.

“To live a life of excellence, you will have to take risks. You will have to step into new territory and climb new mountains. If you’re up to something that’s as big as you are, it’s going to be scary. If it feels perfectly safe, you are probably underachieving. To leave your mark in the world, you will have to stand someplace you’ve never been willing to stand before. And you will have to have the courage to aspire to excellence.”

Debbie Ford, The Best Year of Your Life: Dream It, Plan It, Live It

Most entrepreneurs wake up early, and do some meditation. Scientific studies show that people meditating regularly will get better in improving their work effectiveness, leadership abilities and level of creativity. Because stress makes the brain switch to a survival mode, a stressed out person can no longer properly process information, exhibit good interpersonal skills, nor come up with creative ideas. And that is exactly the reason why meditating can be so effective in making You better at your job on a consistent basis, day in and day out.

4- Prioritize building wealth

To achieve you goal, you need to know exactly what is your priority! You need to save first and pay for trainings to learn your skills. Most successful people live below their means and save money, it is not about how much you get to spend but how much you get to keep! Create a successful system with money automation; Automating = budgeting. Invest your money and get residual income passively. Discipline also is the key to achieve higher goals, 80% of people devote their energy for important task versus 20% for the rest of daily task. Too much multi-tasking also might cost you to waste 40% of your time.

If you truly want to build a great business, you need to apply creativity to it. Creativity is a bigger predictor of success in life than intelligence. Millionaires know that you can’t just think about what you want—you have to commit to it. Rich people are committed to getting and staying rich; they’re not just wishing for it.

Take a moment to revisit your goals and dreams.  As you review them, think through what risks you may have to take in order to accomplish them. Are you willing to risk ridicule, failure, misunderstanding, etc.? Are you ready to work hard, discipline yourself, change your mindset??

If you are, you can experience success and join the elite group!!

“CRITICISM is part of LEARNING and GROWTH. It means that you are taking INITIATIVES to learn something new and grow over from your current state. If you are not getting criticised, it means you are not taking enough RISK to learn something new and to grow.”
