The 4 c’s to crush your business that you should use if you want to build a steady and long term business!!
These are my 4 c’s… Not the usual ones you can hear most of the time; but I really think they are very powerful and you need them to build the right business around you and achieve your goals.
1- Content
Your business needs to create engaging, high-quality content as part of any tactic that you employ in your digital marketing campaigns. You need to have good content to attract the right people and position yourself as an authority figure. Bring value to your audience and you’ll have faithful customers and you’ll be able to build a long term relationship with them. You don’t need to post every hour, quality is better than quantity.
On Facebook, 3 posts max.. (a value post self development – a live video with value – lifestyle for example). On Instagram, not more than 2 posts. On twitter, it is fine you can post every hour if you want.
2- Commitment
You need to be committed 100% to your fans. If you are not 100 percent committed to your business you are going to find it difficult to make progress. Don’t play around otherwise you won’t be able to keep credibility and your customers will go somewhere else. Also you need to commit for a few years, the get rich fast is a myth!!! Nothing happen overnight. Stick with your ideas and your instincts. Be patient.
TAKE ACTION. STICK WITH IT.
STAY IN PLACE UNTIL YOU GET DESIRED RESULTS!
3- Consistency
While consistency impacts most of your business and you have to adapt strategies and structures to each part, there are some key steps you can use to help yourself maintain consistency:
- Have a solid plan
- Don’t overwhelm yourself
- Evaluate and prioritize
- Create schedules that will support your plan
- Create processes and systems
- Adjust your plan if needed
If you do a Facebook Live Challenge for 30 days, you need to do it. If you tell your audience you are going to write a blog, you need to get it done. On your timeline, you need to put contents everyday. Don’t disappear for days and expect to get same results. It is the same offline, get into a routine where you have time to prospects every day.
People love joining who is showing up everyday. Live is great to interact with your audience and even if you don’t think you have a lot of followers, you do. They might not tell you but you have followers that are expecting to get some value, some wise words, some tips every single day.
There is a big difference between spending time growing your business and actually taking steps towards future success. Focus all your time and effort on the right areas.
4- Compliment
When you have team members, compliment them when they do something great. When they post a nice quote or nice picture on their wall. When they reach a goal.It goes the same when you are prospecting, if they have picture of their dogs or kids, say something nice!
Mark Twain once said, “I can live for two months on a good compliment.”
The easiest approach to compliment someone or team member is to keep things short and sweet:
- Be Genuine: Speak from your heart.
- Make it Personal – You have to know something about the person, check their profile
- Be Specific: Let people know exactly what they’ve done or what quality they have that you appreciate and how that action or quality impacts you or the team in a positive way
Praising others is a great feeling but what about US?
We can say many things–good and bad–but we all want to be able to say things that will make us feel good about ourselves and our influence on others. When you reach a goal, when you attain a rank, celebrate it and congratulate yourself! We are too hard on ourselves and that is why sometimes we get discouraged when something happen. We don’t see what we accomplished so far.
Hope you got value, if so leave me a message and I would love to hear what are your 4 c’s !!!!

I have been surfing online greater than three hours today, yet I never found any attention-grabbing article like yours. It¦s lovely value enough for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will probably be much more useful than ever before.
