How to follow 5 simple steps to be more Productive?
It is almost February and you should have your routine in place to be on top of your goal for 2017. If you are still finding some difficulties to concentrate and be more productive, these 5 simple steps will help you.
You need to leverage your system, but don’t get overwhelmed with all the information. And please be patient, it is only 4 weeks gone in 2017 and you cannot give up now!!!! If you have a system with loads of
You need to make a plan, contact your mentor or Upline and talk about your difficulties before you make a drastic decision that you might regret. Do not work it as a hobby if you want to achieve your goals, do it as a proper job, be serious about what your are doing and you will grow each day.
1- Set up some system in place for yourself so you won’t be overwhelmed with all the trainings.
- Why are you doing this?
- How many hours you want to spend?
- Who is your target?
- What platform you want to use
- What is the right training
Start watching some training online for free, look at big earners or people you get inspired by and follow their steps. Once you know exactly what you want to do, then get the proper trainings. I always say “Invest, Learn and Teach”
“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin
2- Say no to multitasking
Working in your own environment is important, without noise around you and distraction. When you start a task, remove all notifications on your computer, put your phone on silence and always start your day with the task you like the least. What I like to do is putting some soft music in the background and that help me to concentrate on what I need to work.
3- Schedule everything
Put on your calendar everything you have to do, every single day.
- The time for your daily video,
- Your blog,
- Your podcast,
- Your weekly webinar
- Your time for meditation and self development
- Your time for prospecting
You can see my blog about the 5 steps to follow to live your dreams where I talk about timing your day to achieve your goal.
4- Get something new done each day.
If you prospect 5 people a day, try to do one more. If you are reading a book, add more pages each day. If you do a blog a week, try to do 2 and so on… This momentum will help you to get better and better. And you’ll find that you are going to do your tasks faster.
5- Delegate
If you are working full time and want to develop your business to quit your job, you can delegate the tasks you find difficult or tasks that might take too much time.
