Headlines are very important as it is the first line your audience see.
Having a compelling headline can make all the difference in your business. You need to grab the attention of your customers reading your brochure, catalog, blog, email, … A great headline convinces more people to read your copy, if it is a poor headline you might miss the opportunity to make a sale.

1- You need to keep it simple and it needs to be appealing for whoever you are prospecting. If it is a young niche, you need to be more groovy and if you target elderly people it needs to be more conventional. The headline needs to be Unique to catch their attention.
2- You can use alliteration to make a better impact, example: Coca-Cola, Dunkin Donuts, Best Buy, PayPal
3- Stay relevant and on-point but ultra-specific: Think of the information your audience is looking for and what message you want to give them. Specificity is important as it increases how useful the content is.
4- Having a sense of Urgency in your headlines or even in your ads always bring a better rate of people clicking on your funnel. However it has to be done smoothly and not directly.
5- Talk about longevity, if you have a brand or product that is on the market for a while, mention it; it brings confidence
6- Ask a question that the readers asked themselves, and you are about to provide the answer. Don’t ask question with an answer of “yes” or “no” because if it is a no that your prospect answer you are going to lose him
7- Show that your product/service is Useful. You must offer a benefit, solve a problem or provide value to your audience.
8- You can make an offer if you start a new business and want to bring more people to your website, blog or ecommerce, offer something. Can be a training, a product, a 30min free coaching.
9- You can boost your headline with proven word like quick, easy, new, how to, guarantee, proven …
